Dr. Pafford and his staff are just awesome! He is so meticulous about his work, more than that though he is just incredibly caring. I mean who enjoys going to the dentist? that would be me... Lol. Highly recommended.

This has to be one of the best dentist office. Dr Pafford is very nice and thorough and is honest about your teeth. The dental hygienist was awesome as well. The whole team is. This will be my new home for my dental work.

After completing work in our home office yesterday around 6 a.m., I prepared for bed. Upon lying down, I felt the most excruciating pain in my tooth that delivered the force of a billion daggers. I crawled into our bathroom, curled up like a child on the floor, tried to suppress my moans in order not to wake up my wife, and I then reached for the recently purchased oral aid. It worked. About one hour later, the force of a billion daggers in my tooth resurfaced. Immediately, my wife contacted Dr. Pafford's office. Although I'm not a patient, her explanation made it clear that something was truly wrong, and they scheduled me in immediately. That is amazing. When you run a popular practice like this one, there's minimal room for last minute schedules, yet they went above and beyond to see me right away. Upon our arrival, we were treated with such care by the staff. From start to finish, we genuinely felt welcomed because the level of compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism are all second to none. Why am I sharing such a lengthy review? Whenever we (as consumers) experience even the slightest mishap, we'll write a 10-page negative review. When we receive exceptional service, we'll often negate a review entirely. If we do write something, it's rather brief. Due to the level of pain, which I experienced yesterday, it's important to highlight the stellar service received from this office. Without question, I'd highly recommend this office.

Everyone at this office is incredible. I hadn't been to a dentist in 20 years because of a previous bad experience. They could not have been more kind and caring to me. If you are afraid of the dentist, this is the place to go! Dr Pafford, Cara and Kim, Sharon, Deanna and Cathy. All awesome!

I have been a patient with Dr. Pafford for over a year. He and his staff are incredible. I had some major dental work done and he and his staff were there for me throughout the entire process. I have been going to Dr. Pafford since 1993 and have moved out of the area but would not consider going to any other dentist. When I first came to Dr. Pafford, my teeth were in need of quite a lot of repair. After all needed work was done, I have not needed any additional work for several years now. All of Dr. Pafford's procedures have been completely successful and pain free. The dental hygienists have all been professional and are very experienced. My two adult children have been seeing Dr. Pafford since they were toddlers and they continue to drive to Lawrenceville even though neither live close by. I am completely confident that you will like this dentist!
