Dr. Pierce began her dental career as a hygienist, graduating from the University of Pittsburgh in 1996 with a certificate in Dental Hygiene. She worked for 4 years as a full-time hygienist while also attending Pennsylvania State University before pursuing a Doctorate in Dental Surgery at the University of Maryland at Baltimore, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1994 and was a member of Omacron Kappa Upsilon, and Gamma Pi Honor Societies. Her Certificate in Periodontics was also obtained at the University of Maryland in 1996.
Dr. Pierce has been in full-time private practice in Warwick and Narragansett, Rhode Island since 1996. During her years in private practice, she has taught dental hygiene at the Community College of Rhode Island.
She is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Periodontology, Academy of Osseointegration, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, Pierre Fauchard Honors Academy, and has served as President of her local Dental Society.
Dr. Pierce is married to a general dentist who practices in Massachusetts. They live with their two children in Mansfield, Massachusetts where Dr. Pierce is active in her community and school system. She enjoys traveling, skiing, and trips to the beach with her family.

Im a disabled veteran in a wheelchair with a service dog. Dr. Nager and staff were very accommodating. Dr. Nager allowed my service dog to lay between my leggs during a gum graft. My Dog is a seizure alert dog and has a big responsibility. Dr. Nager understood that. They made my experience very relaxing.

I was nervous- put me completely at ease. Love everyone the office.. great place. I was referred when my favorite periodontist retired.. so glad he sent me there. Dr.Pierce is awesome- She explains everything.

I met with Dr. Pierce today about getting an oral device to help with my sleep apnea. She took her time with me and showed me what the device would look like. Office staff were very pleasant. Warwick office was very easy to find with plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend coming here

I had my initial consultation yesterday with Dr. Nager to discuss some ortho work I need to have done and had a very positive experience. The front desk staff were very friendly, his assistant, Tracy, was very sweet, and Dr. Nager was very professional and listened to and answered all of my questions. I was nervous going into my appointment, but he calmed my anxiety and I left feeling much less anxious. I feel confident that his recommendation for treatment will get me where I need to be. He was very patient and informative, and my initial consultation was very positive & productive! Thank you, Dr. Nager!

I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, and the girl that checked me out (I'm sorry - I don't know your name) was particularly helpful when she broke down the estimated costs. Dr. Brenda Pierce immediately put me at ease. She also thoroughly explained the treatment I need and what to expect on the day of my surgery for a gum graft.

You can believe all of these wonderful reviews. I needed to have a tooth extraction and an implant. My great dentist, Judith Pratt, recommended Dr. Deshmukh, and she was right. Everyone in this practice is professional, sincerely friendly, and efficient. Did I mention professional. Every step of the way, they explain what is happening. Above all, they want to be sure that you're comfortable. A truly great periodontal practice.
