Dr. Pierce began her dental career as a hygienist, graduating from the University of Pittsburgh in 1996 with a certificate in Dental Hygiene. She worked for 4 years as a full-time hygienist while also attending Pennsylvania State University before pursuing a Doctorate in Dental Surgery at the University of Maryland at Baltimore, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1994 and was a member of Omacron Kappa Upsilon, and Gamma Pi Honor Societies. Her Certificate in Periodontics was also obtained at the University of Maryland in 1996.
Dr. Pierce has been in full-time private practice in Warwick and Narragansett, Rhode Island since 1996. During her years in private practice, she has taught dental hygiene at the Community College of Rhode Island.
She is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Periodontology, Academy of Osseointegration, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, Pierre Fauchard Honors Academy, and has served as President of her local Dental Society.
Dr. Pierce is married to a general dentist who practices in Massachusetts. They live with their two children in Mansfield, Massachusetts where Dr. Pierce is active in her community and school system. She enjoys traveling, skiing, and trips to the beach with her family.

Everyone was very professional. Dr. Nager was thorough, explained options well and he recommended not performing my dental procedure at this time. He could have made money yet he thought my dental concerns were not necessary. Very nice.

As always professional and caring. Dr. Nager called me at home the evening after dental surgery to make sure I was all right. My primary care provider can't even be bothered to return my calls. Everyone in the office is great

Office is a nice building and suites are nice. Dr Pierce and Wendy who assisted my crown lengthening were the reassuring and exceptionally skilled and very attentive and focused. They are to be commended for their ability and care.

Displeased with service. My general dentist referred me here to look at options for further dental care. I received a general exam that lasted a mere 5 minutes. I was not informed what this exam entailed really. She followed up with a short explanation stating I would need a special operation. She failed to explain the exact details of which I had to research my self after. The secretary than handed me a paper saying the operation I need would cost $1000. I feel like I was rushed through everything as my entire appointment and check up was less about 10 minutes (which came with a $100 bill it self). I was not offered any other alternative or explanation of other options available to me. It seems this place is just after money.
