Dr. Clement Monroe, DDS is a highly educated and trained dentist with a passion for his profession. He takes a personal interest in the dental health of each patient, listening to their personal concerns and goals to ensure the dentistry they receive both supports their oral health and gives them the smile they desire. A native of Moore County, NC, Dr. Monroe attended the University of North Carolina for his undergraduate degree and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the UNC School of Dentistry in Chapel Hill. Dr. Monroe is dedicated to providing the best possible dentistry to his patients and has spent many hours since graduation on continuing education courses in many facets of dentistry. He completed the Georgia Academy of General Dentistry MasterTrack program and achieved Master status from the Academy of General Dentistry. He completed the Dawson Academys series of courses on The concept of Complete Dentistry and achieved the scholar level. Dr. Monroe has many years of advanced training and experience in dental implants. He completed the Maxi-Course in Implant Dentistry, the Misch Implant Institute program in implant placement and restoration, and the Triangle Dental Implant Institute surgical and prosthetic dental implant program. He is also a member of The American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Dr. Monroe offers his patients oral sedation, Dr. Monroe has received advanced training in sedation dentistry and is a member in the College of Sedation in Dentistry (MeCSD).
Dr. Monroe and his wife, Dr. Kamron, are active members of the Moore County community. He along with Dr. Kamron host the Moore County Free Care Clinic, a health services organization that serves limited-income people who cannot afford access to health care. He is a member of the Kiwanis Club of the Sandhills, Saint Andrews Society of North Carolina, and an elected elder for Brownson Memorial Presbyterian Church.
Dr. Kamron Monroe, DDS is grateful for the opportunity each day to provide quality dental care to her patients alongside her husband, Dr. Clement Monroe. Together they have established a comprehensive, patient focused dental practice that offers general, cosmetic and restorative dentistry in a warm, caring environment. Dr. Monroe received her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Colorado and her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the UNC School of Dentistry in Chapel Hill. In 2009, she completed the Georgia Academy of General Dentistry MasterTrack program and achieved Master status from the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD), their highest honor available. Dr. Monroe completed the Concept of Complete Dentistry Series and received the Concept of Complete Care Dentistry Award from The Dawson Academy in 2015. She maintains scholar level of The Dawson Alumni Association. In an effort to offer patients safe and comfortable sedation, Dr. Monroe has received advanced training in sedation dentistry and is a member in the College of Sedation in Dentistry (MeCSD).
Dr. Monroe has become an involved member of her community and enjoys living in North Carolina. She regularly volunteers for the Moore County Free Care Clinic, a health services organization that serves limited-income people who are uninsured and cannot afford access to health care. Committed to giving back and sharing her expertise in dentistry with her community, Dr. Monroe has participated with Donated Dental Services, an affiliate of the National Foundation of Dentistry for the Handicapped. Dr. Monroe also volunteers with Give Back a Smile, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry Charitable Foundations mission to assist survivors of domestic violence.

As a dental hygienist, I interact with patients on a one-on-one basis. We talk about dental issues as well as everyday events. I truly enjoy meeting new people and building a special relationship with each one! I love working with our doctors because they both are easy to get along with and truly care about patients concerns. Everybody on our staff enjoys being together and having a good time serving our patients. My husband is Brent King; he has a pressure-washing business. We have a beautiful little girl, Charlsie.

I have developed good relationships with a lot of my patients and enjoy seeing them on a regular basis. Our doctors are wonderful people, and make me feel proud to say that I work for them! At home, I have a dog that I consider my daughter! I enjoy going to the beach with my husband and we love to fish.
My name is Jamie and I am a dental hygienist here at Drs. Monroe and Monroe. With my years of experience, I enjoy teaching patients about better oral care and helping them achieve a brighter, healthier smile; we all know smiles are contagious! My patients are very important to me and I strive to provide them with a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere while they are at our office. I enjoy attending church, photography, working in the yard and spending time with my husband and our two children.
As a dental assistant, I am in charge of patient care and assisting our doctors as needed. My favorite part of my job is meeting new people and being able to help patients feel better about their smile! Our doctors take pride in their work and care about the patients and staff. We all work together very well, and enjoy each others company. I am married to Brian, and we consider our dogs to be our children! We have three dachshunds named Nemo, Dora, Diesel, and a gentle pittbull named Roxy.

I enjoy building relationships with our patients and making them feel comfortable but most of all, seeing them smile. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband Jared and our son Jaxon. As a family, we enjoy going to Sunset Beach.

Welcome! Im in charge of patient accounts, so I help our patients organize their insurance and patient payments. Im also the Invisalign coordinator, and Im here to answer any questions about treatment. The best part of my job here is working with our wonderful patients and my great teammates! We have a great working environment here, which always translates to a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere for our patients. My husband, Will, and I have a two wonderful sons, Mason and Cale. In my spare time, I enjoy shopping, walking, reading, and being with my sons!
Welcome to our office! Im the financial coordinator and I assist our patients in choosing from a variety of financial options for their dental care expenses. I enjoy getting to know my patients by chatting with them during their check out process. I work with a great group of people and love interacting with interesting patients of all ages. I live in Seven Lakes and have two grown sons, Chad and Jake.
