Dr. Monday was born and raised in Charleston, West Virginia, where he graduated from Stonewall Jackson High School in 1986. He attended West Virginia University, where he majored in biology and earned his B.A. in Liberal Arts. After graduation, he attended the West Virginia School of Dentistry and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1993.
Dr. Monday has been in private practice since 1993 and has been working at Drs. Monday and Graziani since June of 1994. Dr. Monday maintains a cosmetic- and restorative-based practice that focuses on esthetic, implant, and family dentistry, with particualr interest in dental implant placement and bone grafting. He is an active fellow of the International Dental Implant Association, American Dental Association, West Virginia Dental Association, Kanawha Valley Dental Association, and the Virginia Street Study Club. Dr. Monday was named Best Dentist in the Valley by Charleston Newspapers in both 2005 and 2015.
In his spare time, Dr. Monday enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy; stepdaughter, Taylor; son, Jayson; and his youngest daughter, Sarah. He enjoys watching his children participate in their sport activities, and he is an active member of Bible Center Church. Dr. Monday also enjoys getting plenty of exercise, cheering on the Mountaineers, and most importantly, making people smile.
Dr. Stephen P. Graziani was raised in Fairmont, West Virginia, where he graduated from Fairmont Senior High School in 1994. He attended West Virginia University, where he majored in biology and earned the degree of Regents Bachelor of Arts. He then attended the West Virginia School of Dentistry and obtained a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 2003.
After dental school, Dr. Graziani completed a one-year residency at the V.A. Medical Center, located in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Over the past fifteen years, Dr. Graziani has been in private practice throughout the states of South Carolina, North Carolina, and West Virginia. Dr. Graziani maintains cosmetic and restorative practices that focus on esthetics, root canals, implants, and family dentistry. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, West Virginia Dental Association, and Kanawha Valley Dental Association. He also volunteers monthly at the West Virginia Health Rite dental clinic.
In his spare time, Dr. Graziani enjoys spending time with his wife, Marie, and two sons, Brayden and Brock. He can normally be found playing golf at Sleepy Hollow golf club, snow skiing throughout the state, or coaching his boys in football, baseball, and basketball. Dr. Graziani is a huge WVU Mountaineer fan, and he is dedicated to dentistry and his patients.

I love this dentist office! They're so nice. They get you in rather quickly as a new patient and they've done great with helping fix my teeth thus far

My husband called inquiring about their emergency dental services that they advertise on their website since he had chipped his tooth this morning only to be treated like garbage by the on call representative. She was very rude and unwilling to help in anyway since he wasn't an already established patient. I suggest you update your website to state this service is only available to existing patients to save others the trouble of being treated like trash for inquiring about a dental service you offer on your website!!

On April 28,2022 Stephen P. Graziani had to work on my two front teeth. Everything was fine until he decided to inject my upper lip with (Anesthesia)x2. Anesthesia is injected into the maxillary anterior barley piercing the tissue with the beval towards the bone- standard malpractice procedure, my lips have nothing to do with my teeth. Graziani is well aware that I had lip surgery to remove four skin from my lip/Graziani injects my upper lip exactly where I had my surgery done at... like why!? This is exactly the reason why people like me can't or don't bother seeking help, America is sick of people like this, I'm scarred for life just because this dude felt some type of way, a couple of weeks before that it took some blond hair blue eyed girl (thank you) to get him to act right then he was all apologetic because he was having a bad day.

My daughter took my grandchildren to this office today. One of my granddaughters was extremely upset about the unprofessional and berating treatment she received from the dental hygienist. Their mother was not allowed with them while being treated, so the hygienist decided to announce the children's diagnosis and treatment in front of a roomful of other patients and strangers. She also felt it necessary to berate my daughter. A very unprofessional business.

I have been going to Dr Monday for over 20 yrs.I have always had a good experience. But when the receptionist "Lee" became an employee, i really HATE going for dental visits. This woman is so rude and obnoxious torward customers. I dread driving past the office because of her.

Let me start by saying my teeth are extremely bad and I have been judged by so many dentists that's probably why I always put it off but yesterday night I started to have one of the worst toothaches woke up the next morning for work and started to reach out to places and was directed to this office they seemed to really care about the fact I was in pain and got me in within the hour I was extremely nervous but the pain was pretty bad I was welcomed with open arms by the lady's at the front desk and was called back by another extremely nice lady ( I wish I would've got the names ) she explained to me what will and might be done she took x rays and soon dr falbo came in started looking at my x rays after greeting me I thought to myself here comes the judgement as to why my teeth are so bad but to my surprise that didn't happen instead he gave me the feeling of let's get you out of pain and start a plan to a healthy mouth he was personable with me he made me feel so welcomed and accepted not rushed he took every measurement to ease and prevent pain as I was getting two extractions and the extremely nice lady that stood with him calmed me down and made me feel safe the whole time sorry this review is so long I want everyone to know every detail of how truly amazing this dr/staff is !!!! As someone who just moved to this state I honestly thought I would never find a dentist to help me gain a healthy smile back being told about them was one of the best things I couldn't thank you enough and can't wait to finish the rest of my work thank you so very much dr falbo and staff

I had a perfect experience with Dr. Graziani and the staff! Kim was amazing. Her professionalism and care for her patients was out of this world. I felt comfortable and safe at this office during the pandemic. I left with a big and clean smile!

I came on 8/16/21 for my deep cleaning. It was the best deep clean ever. I actually see and feel a difference in my teeth. I forgot the lady who did my cleaning(her name started with a K from Jackson county) but she was awesome! A Very kind and gentle soul. She made me feel very comfortable. From the receptionist,to the young lady who done my x-rays all have a warm good spirit. I really enjoy the the closeness that they make their patients feel. I could go on. I highly recommend. Great work Staff!!!!

I visited this office for the first time yesterday. I was warmly greeted by the office staff and felt welcomed into the office. After a very short wait I was taken back by Kim who made me feel at ease with the process of getting all necessary x-rays and tests to create a proper treatment plan. I have been to several dentists in the past, that have pushed over treatment services that were not necessary, I found Dr. Falbo to be honest and felt the treatment plan that he discussed with me was honest and realistic in my dental health. Everyone from the front office staff, to hygienist staff to the office manager has been so helpful. I look forward to starting treatment soon with this Dental Office. Thank you for the care and honesty you provided to me.

I wanted to share my experience because I was new to this office. I must say that the staff was very professional and welcoming. They made me feel as though I had been a client for years. Dr. Graziani's team was outstanding and set me up right out of the gate. You won't find a better team of professionals and I highly recommend them for any of your dental needs. I actual don't mind going to the dentist now!
