When you come to see us for the first time, youll spend more than an hour with the doctor. This is how we start learning about you and how we can best serve your needs. Youll receive a thorough oral exam, looking at your mouths hard and soft tissues, along with an oral cancer screening.
The doctor will discuss what theyve found during the exam, and explain any areas of concern. They will then explain the treatment options and answer your questions. Based on what the two of you decide, they will develop your unique care plan.
Our doctors feel this extended initial visit is essential: it gives us an opportunity to start building a lasting relationship with you. We need to know who you are, and you need to feel safe and comfortable in our care.
You and your comfort are our top priority during your visits. Well greet you by name and with warm smiles. One of our team members will personally bring you into your treatment room, where youll be offered a pillow, blanket, and headphones if youd like to listen to music during your treatment.
Dr. Love's husband, Brad, is a financial advisor. They have a son, Connor, who is an avid swimmer and loves anything to do with video gaming. Two Tibetan Terriers, Skyy and Stoli, and two cats, Remy and Marnie, keep the house lively. Dr. Love is a native Washingtonian who is always happy to share her knowledge of sites, restaurants and shopping.
After graduating from the Medical College of Virginia in 1987, Dr. Miller did a one-year General Practice Residency at the VA Hospital in Richmond. He received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 1983 at the University of Pittsburgh.

Dr. Miller has an excellent bedside manner. Made my mother feel comfortable. Didn't do xrays that he felt a specialist probably want to do to the specialist's specifications so I wouldn't have unnecessary expenses if the specialist required more. Thank you for taking great care of my mother.

If it was possible to give more than 5 stars for Dr.Love and her office staff I would! Dr.Love is nothing short of amazing! She is kind and caring and I never feel rushed in her chair, no matter how busy she is. She takes the time to explain things and makes you always feel like her most important patient. She is super skilled and very efficient. For someone who has some dental anxiety, she has a calming, bubbly, and warm presence that makes you forget all about your dental worries. She gives painless injections and the procedure is usually over before you know it. Her team is super welcoming from the moment you pick up the phone to call their office to after the procedure. Shaune (I hope I spelled her name correctly) and Cindy at the front desk are super sweet and they make you feel like family when you walk in! I recommend her to everyone I know. You can't go wrong with Dr.Love!

We have seen Doctor Love for many years. The office has always been respectful, courteous and easy to deal with. The dental work has been excellent, both routine and not routine. We like them so much we continue to go there even though they are "out of network" on our insurance. Why? Because our teeth are too important to not see the best.

Love and Miller could be used as a model of how a dentists office should be run. The staff is excellent. They are extremely efficient and respectful. I have been a patient of Dr. Miller's for over ten years. I have never had to sit in the waiting room for more than about five minutes past my appointment time. Even waiting that long is unusual. My previous dentist wanted to do a very invasive procedure that involved getting down below my gums to treat an infection that his Hygienist thought I had. A co-worker recommended I see Dr. Miller. My first visit to Dr. Miller they did a very though review including panoramic X-rays. The result. "You have no dental issues at this time. Come back for a routine cleaning in six months". In all of the time I have been seeing Dr. Miller I have had one cavity. They did a filling. It was smooth procedure and as I remember pain free. This is probably not the least expensive dental care that you can find. However, they are not the most expensive either, and they will not try to sell you a procedure that you don't really need. I highly recommend Love and Miller. It also wouldn't hurt to pick up a Sonicare electric tooth brush while you are think about your dental care.

Everyone is so friendly. The waiting area is very inviting and you are always greeted with a smile and a hello once you arrive. They make you feel like family. You feel so comfortable which makes for an enjoyable visit each and every time. I have been going for about 20 years.

My husband and I started seeing Dr. Love in 2013 or 2014 after relocating from another area. We both have pretty good teeth/oral hygiene but a trip to the dentist was never something to look forward to. Now, a trip to the dentist is nothing to be worried about! Dr. Love, Bebe, Cindy and everyone on the team have been truly wonderful. They are very gentle and always kind and compassionate. As long as they will have us, we'll never consider another dentist.

I had the most positive experience at a dental office in all my 70 years!!!! Dr. Miller sat me down in his OFFICE, not in the dental chair to go over my history and took the time to get to know me!!! The dental exam was thorough, painless and comprehensive. Thank you to Dr. Miller and all his staff for making me feel like I was important to them! The office was immaculate; the staff friendly and professional and to me the dental care I recieved was TOP NOTCH. Lucky me.

I went to this practice 7 or 8 years ago for a second opinion on the health of my dental bridges. Dr. Miller made everything very easy to understand about the risks and challenges of different courses of treatment. I was hooked. Both my husband and I have been patients there ever since. Everyone there is helpful, competent, and friendly. We are very devoted!

Dr. Miller and his staff take care of the whole family, from 10 years old to 86. The staff are awesome, the appointments run on time, and Dr. Miller is the best dentist I've had anywhere.
