The AACD is the largest organized association of Cosmetic Dentists, with members in over 50 countries, and has the most rigorous and respected credential in the art and science of Cosmetic Dentistry (www.AACD.com).
They are both graduates of the University of Maryland Dental School and have been members of The American Dental Association (ADA) and the Maryland State Dental Association (MSDA) for their entire careers.
For over 10 years, the doctors served on the AACD Board of Examiners, which tests other dentists pursuing Accreditation, and have taught classes emphasizing the skills necessary for excellence in cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Chip Steel served as both the Chairman of Accreditation and Chairman of the AACD Board of Governors (American Board of Cosmetic Dentistry), which oversees the examinations of other dentists in Cosmetic Dentistry.
The doctors have practiced in historic Sandy Spring, Maryland (Montgomery County) since 1987. Continuing education and community service remain important to their practice and lives. They are the proud parents of two sons.
