Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

Our dental office uses the latest state-of-the-art equipment and cutting edge technology and we uphold the strictest sterilization techniques. We view it as our mission to educate our patients about all of their oral health care options and to help guide them to choose a treatment plan that is most suitable and appropriate for their needs.
The reason that our office does not participate with any of the plans is because to do so would necessitate cutting corners on time, materials, service and overall quality. We've overall had good experience with the practice; however, the front staff could be better. When you walk in, no one greets you, there is always a bunch of other staff sitting on the counters and they just stare at you leaving you to figure out whether you should approach or wait until someone finally says something. A simple "good morning/afternoon, we will be right with you" makes such a difference.

I had an awful abscess and terribly damaged pre-molar, and I needed to find a surgeon for extraction on very short notice. The staff at this office were amazing, and were able to schedule an appointment to see me the same day! Peggy at the front desk was extremely helpful and very informative and friendly throughout the entire process.

Love dr ken, very gentle man. I'm a big baby, and afraid of pain. He has never hurt me. Robin also did a root canal for me, I felt nothing. Staff also very pleasant. Great office to visit.

Dr. Ken fixed a crown problem that two other dentists couldnt fix for over 10 years. This guy knows his dentistry, fixes you fast, and gets you out the door feeling, well, normal. Looks like he has done a lot of cosmetic work, which i havent had, but if you have a tooth problem, this guy gets it done.
