Justison and Gladnick Family Dentistryand their staff have been serving the dental needs of New Castle County families, both children, and adults, for almost three decades. As the father of four children and the proud dentist of thousands of patients over the years, Dr. Gladnick is highly expert in caring for your babies' and toddlers' teeth into their adult years. Dr. Gladnick continually updates his post-graduate dental education and is particularly adept in treating TMJ-related problems, which may manifest as earaches, joint muscle pain, bite issues, or headaches. Sometimes these symptoms can be alleviated by a simple bite adjustment.

Located at the Kirkwood-Milltown professional Plaza in suburban Wilmington, Delaware, at the corner of Milltown Road and Kirkwood Highway, Justison and Gladnick Family Dentistry's office is an easy drive from Newark, Hockessin, Pike Creek, Greenville, Centerville, or any of the Wilmington suburbs. We also see patients from nearby surrounding counties in Chester, Pennsylvania; Cecil County, Maryland; and New Jersey.

Dr. Justison grew up in Pike Creek, Delaware, just around the corner from the office. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology, minor in chemistry from University of Delaware, researching cancer biology, physics, and biochemistry. He then went on to dental school at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA and attended a hospital-based general practice residency at Lancaster General Hospital in Lancaster, PA. He has been practicing in Pike Creek, Delaware ever since, coming full circle.

Dr. Justisonstrives to be the most gentle and pain-free dentist. His favorite part of dentistry is handing the patient the mirror and seeing their face light up after fixing a fractured front tooth right on the spot. He enjoys relieving a patient in pain and truly cares to help patients figure out the best possible treatment plan that fits with their comfort level and budget. He doesn't mind coming into the office on aSaturdayorSundayto help you out. He likes to keep his patients laughing and to have as good a time as possible considering they are in a dental chair!

Jay lives with his wife and infant son right near the office. He enjoys going for hikes with his family, road and mountain biking, snowboarding, and running in local 5K's. He recently won the Bolton Landing Turkey Trot on scenic Lake George in upstate New York while visiting extended family. Jay's typical habitat is on the floor playing with toys or reading books with his infant son Nolan, on the treadmill at the gym with his wife Liz, or in front of the TVwith family and friends watching the Super Bowl champion Eagles play!

Originally from Wilmington, Dr. Gladnick has been practicing comprehensive restorative and aesthetic dentistry for the entire family since 1980. Areas of expertise include implant crowns, Invisalign orthodontics, restoring severely worn teeth, metal-free restorations, root canals, and state-of-the-art aesthetic techniques. His practice emphasizes prevention of dental disease in an unhurried and relaxing environment. As a father of four children, he also has an excellent rapport with the junior members of our practice!

Dr. Gladnick earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the Temple University School of Dental Medicine, where he was inducted into the Periodontal and Oral Surgery Honor Societies. He subsequently completed, with distinction, a General Practice residency at the Christiana Care Medical Center in Newark. He opened his own practice on Kirkwood Highway between Pike Creek and Wilmington.

Certified by the Delaware State Board of Examiners, Dr. Gladnick is highly involved in Delaware Dentistry as an active participant in the American Academy of Dentistry, the Delaware State Dental Society, and the American Dental Association. He continues his post-graduate education in all fields of dentistry to provide patients with the latest innovations, techniques, and technology with a special interest in treating TMJ and bite disorder.

Dr. Gladnick just recently served as the President of the Temple University Dental Alumni Association, which offers service and support for current dental students. He also serves as a board member of the Covered Bridge Farms Maintenance Corporation.

Deidre is an accomplished hygienist who has been in the dental field since 1981, working as a dental hygienist since 1986. She enjoys working with all of our patients and will make your regular dental visits to our office a pleasure.

Wendy is one of our experienced dental hygienists who has been in the dental field since 1988. Along with giving you expert dental care, she enjoys sharing pictures of your weddings, babies, and so forth, so come prepared!

Donna has a wealth of experience both in chairside assisting and at the front desk. She is also able to handle all of your dental insurance needs. All of our patients look forward to seeing her sunny smile and appreciate the TLC she gives to each and every patient.
