Dr. Miller is always in a good mood, so is Ms. Lynda and the rest of the team. They make me relax while waiting for my bundles of joy... You know... It can be bad, but we made it with a B+ ;-)

Had the another bad experience with this dentist office. Took my 7yr. old son for his appointment and the nurses is discussing financial among themselves in front of him. He comes out crying and telling me that he told them not to be talking about his parents. He will never go back there. They will not allow anyone in the back with their kids.

My 4 year old daughter loves going here to see the Dentist! I can't say I've ever been excited to go to the dentist lol, but it makes me SO happy to know that she does, and feels comfortable with the cleaning, x-rays, etc. She always walks out with a smile!! :) Such a relief as a mother!! The staff is lovely as well!! Thank you Drs. Hyde, Miller & Associates!!

After being told I may not check in on my 3 yr old I was a little nerve wrecked but accepted. After her procedure I asked to speak with the Dr while listening to a voicemail he comes rudely saying " If you want to speak to me you need to get off the phone". Shocked me he never said hello anything. Vaguely discussed my concern showing no interest. My second child was just called back I with no hesitation told them bring her back canceled the appointment we're leaving and did. It's clear parents aren't aloud to to be present to witness the lack of character these doctors have when we are not able to address it. I was very uncomfortable after being disrespected. Respect should be given no matter the age or race. Always ask to meet the Drs performing any procedures as they should want to meet you.

Stay away! Ok, don't let the reception's great service fool you! They are great! Place is a bit dated, could use a renovation! Not so important when considering a dental professional. Our baby is two, and needed a checkup, no issues. The paperwork clearly states that after the age of 3, patients cannot be accompanied by parents. NO WAY! What world do they think we live in? Not coming back! The technician was great, our baby loved her, thanks! Then the "doctor" Hyde came in, a senior, yelling and that got my girl scared. She was doing great. He yelled AT her the whole time, she's a trooper and did very well. Props to her, not the doc. He counted her teeth. Everything else was done by the technician. Why? Why bother to come in, if you're not doing the work? Why yell at your patients? Why keep parents from accompanying their kids in this evil world? Why? Not coming back! Stay away!

Great pediatric dental office. We just had our first visit last week (we definitely waited to long to have our child's first dental check up, dont tell anyome) but when we got home our kiddo told us he really liked his dentist and was excited to go back in 6 months. As a parent, that's all I want to hear. Glad we found a good kids dentist near us.

As others have mentioned this is not a family-centered practice. As an RN, I was thoroughly disappointed in the lack of communication from providers. Literally, I brought my daughter in for a crown placement and I was never talked to by the dentist on the day of the procedure, never even had a chance to see him. No consult after, no letting me know everything went okay, no nothing. As others have cited, they do not let you be in the room for even regular cleanings let alone fillings, etc. I understand if the child is under conscious sedation and on monitors, but do not let them fool you...this is not how other pediatric dentists operate. When asked if there were any other options to a stainless steel crown I was told "Well, I have heard of one of my friend's using another white type of crown, but I don't use it." I wish that I had not jumped into getting a stainless steel crown with this group because after taking the multiple x-rays to another provider, I was told in reality she did not need a crown, but rather needed a filling...and also she did not need another crown that Bailey Hyde & Miller's office said was going to be necessary in another appointment. Thank God Bailey Hyde & Miller's office did not have any appointments for the additional work for I kid you not over 1 month! In this time I did some research and found another provider in the area that does zirconia (white) crowns (even though the new dentist said she didn't need one), involves the parents in the process, and lets you be with your child for procedures. I am very disappointed that I took my daughter here and I wasted my time and money with these unprofessional providers. One positive thing I have to say is that the ladies in the front office were nice, but I have nothing but negatives about the unprofessional hygienists and dentists.
