Staff seemed pleasant and so did the dentist. I'm not sure how they clean their equipment, but my baby got sick after she went in for an appointment. She doesn't go anywhere since we're under quarantine. She ended up having a fever for 4-5 days and we had to take her to the ER. No ear infection or UTI. Doctor stated it was a viral infection.

Great pediatric dental office. We just had our first visit last week (we definitely waited to long to have our child's first dental check up, dont tell anyome) but when we got home our kiddo told us he really liked his dentist and was excited to go back in 6 months. As a parent, that's all I want to hear. Glad we found a good kids dentist near us.

I went to this place as a kid and then i wanted my son to go here as well. Well once he turned 3 I was not allowed to go with him to the back. I was okay with it until today. They over sedated him and he stopped breathing for a few seconds while undergoing a procedure. Of course, I did not find out this happened until after they were finished and ready to check out. I am very disappointed about this happening and I will have to take my son somewhere else. This should NOT of happened!

If I could give them no stars I would. They have a policy of no parents unless necessary allowed back with the children. The first visit I went against my parental judgement and allowed him to be a "big kid" and go by himself. I was never introduced to the dentist, and I guess they did a fluoride treatment because they told me no food or drink for 30 minutes. The second time we go in I insisted on going with my son. They tried to pacify me with letting me meet the dentist who couldn't look me in the eye and really had no conversational skills. The assistant argued with me over them performing any procedures including sealant or fluoride treatment without permission. I told her I was not going to argue with her and I would take my business elsewhere. The staff enjoy having their private conversations on their side of the wall since parents aren't allowed, but you are privy to them when checking out. There is no professionalism here whatsoever. Not allowing parents back for any reason is not only sketchy, but a poor business model. Stay away!

Stay away, not family friendly. My appointment was for 8:30 and I arrived on time, I waited for 45 minute (15-20 is acceptable anything more is not) in the waiting room. The assistant then tells me parents aren't allowed in the exam room with children. My kid is 3 years old and was new to this dentist, this was not going to happen. The staff could have warned me on the phone of this absurd policy, so that I didn't take the morning off and waste my time. I have my own insurance yet was treated as if I was getting some free service with a take it or leave it attitude. I voted with my feet and left.
