I truly enjoy seeing people, talking to them, and learning from them. As a dentist Im able to help people improve their oral and overall wellness. I cant imagine anything more fulfilling! I see it as a victory when the work Ive done for a patient lasts five, ten, now over 15 years.

I love being challenged intellectually and professionally. Dentistry is a unique field where, to practice at the top, one has to master sciences, medicine, physics, behavioral science, technology, and so much more in order to best serve ones patients. Every day I am challenged to provide the best care, experience, and results for the people under my care. This keeps me energized and excited.

I am thrilled to move a person from dental agony to pain-free, to take a person who is self-conscious about their teeth and help them smile with confidence without reservation, and to help a person whos unable to chew to having a restored mouth and enjoying food again. Dentistry allows me to change lives, one tooth, one mouth, one smile, and one person at a time.

While completing my doctorate at the prestiged Ivy League institution - University of Pennsylvania, I received the Deans Scholarship four years in a row. I was also the honored recipient of the Louis I. Grossman Award in Endodontics and the Academy of General Dentistry Award.

After finishing my doctorate, I completed my residency at Brigham and Womens Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affilate, treating patients with complex dental and medical conditions. Immediately after the residency, I started serving the Milford community working together with Dr. Goodman to provide the best care possible to our patients. At the same time, I worked part-time as a Clinical Instructor with Massachusetts General Hospital through the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where I served from 2004-2010.

I believe knowledge is power and am passionate about furthering my education in order to better serve my patients. Multiple post-graduate courses provide me with a deeper understanding of dentistry, medicine, and humanity. Together, they allow me to provide the best experience and results. My patients deserve nothing less.

Beyond the Practice When not caring for patients or studying the latest research discussion in a dental journal, Im spending time with my family. I love the outdoors and am a serious photographer. Youll see my photos throughout the office!

I am a general dentist who was born and raised in Franklin, MA. I attended the University of New Hampshire-Durham where I graduated magna cum laude studying psychology. After completing my undergraduate degree, I attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA where I earned my Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree.

During my time at Tufts University, I was an active member of multiple student organizations and I served as the Vice-President for the local chapter of the American Association of Women Dentists. I attended the American Dental Association (ADA) national conference as well as other local dental conferences where I took many unique continuing education courses taught by some of the nations leading dentists. I also participated in multiple community service outreach activities, including trips to local homeless shelters where I had the opportunity to provide oral cancer screenings and basic dental care to homeless youth and teens in downtown Boston.

I truly have a passion for dentistry and I pride myself on delivering high quality dental care to all of my patients. I strive to provide my patients with positive dental experiences and I treat all of my patients in a caring and compassionate manner. I enjoy attending continuing education courses in dentistry and I am committed to learning the latest techniques for my patients. In my free time, I enjoy figure skating, traveling, watching the New England Patriots, and spending time with my husband and family.

I am humbled to provide oral healthcare to the good people of Milford, its neighboring towns, and beyond. My mission is to consistently deliver hospitable and high quality dental care. I stay active in top tier continuing dental education programs to supplement my knowledge base and skill sets. Besides the actual technical work, I also enjoy building relationships with my patients and growing with them through the years. Its an opportunity for me to listen and learn about them, their families, and to share a few worthwhile laughs.

I grew up a Hoosier in the cornfields of the Midwest states of Indiana and later Illinois. After completing my doctorate cum laude at the Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine, my academic ambitions took me to New England where I completed my residency and fellowship at the Brigham and Women's Hospital Harvard-Wide General Practice Residency Program in Hospital Dentistry. Subsequently, I stayed on staff at BWH before taking a leading role as Clinician and Attending at the Massachusetts General Hospital, where I served for the past 16 years. I also held Clinical Instructor positions at Harvard Medical School and Harvard School of Dental Medicine during these same 16 years. My continuing studies granted me the awards of Fellowship in the American Association of Hospital Dentistry (FAAHD) as well as the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD).

Outside of the office, I enjoy weight lifting, tennis, and watching college basketball. A good deal of my free time is spent reading books about mindfulness, psychology, and neuroscience. When I get a chance, I love the occasional craft beer or gourmet coffee with a side of good conversation.

I place great emphasis on being an honest, gentle, caring dentist who treats my patients as more than just their teeth. While the emphasis of my practice is adult aesthetic and reconstructive dentistry, I love that my profession allows me to provide a wide range of services to patients of all ages.

I graduated Cum Laude with departmental high honors in Chemistry from Clark University in Worcester, MA and pursued my Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. I advanced my graduate education by completing an advanced general practice residency program at Worcester Memorial Hospital and the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester, MA.

I am committed to lifelong learning in the dental field and take continuing education courses each year. I have completed postgraduate training at some of the countrys premier learning facilities for dentists, including the Pankey Institute, Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Studies, and the Spear Institute. I have been an attending staff member at Milford-Whitinsville Hospital for 30 years and was an Operative Dentistry faculty instructor at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine from 1986 to 1994, where I taught restorative dentistry. I currently teach clinical prosthetics at Tufts in the Division of Operative and Prosthetic Dentistry.

In this post-COVID world, we have studied deeply based on science and engineering, of how to keep our patients safe. We’ve invested in best-in-class medical grade air purifiers in every operatory, and also extraoral evacuation system to control the airflow. What we have done is beyond OSHA and CDC standard.
