**Updating my original review to now include that this establishment is responding to this issue with false information. They replied to my original review claiming that they offered us new appointments within an hour of our original ones and I denied them, this is simply not true. If that were true, I would have taken those appointments, but no such offer was made and they are fabricating information publicly rather than reaching out to me directly to resolve this issue. The only thing they said to us was that they didn't have anyone scheduled until 10 that morning, and it wasn't us. They absolutely did not offer us new appointments same day or I would have never written this review in the first place. I am not that unreasonable. It is one thing to make a mistake, it is another thing to completely lie about how the situation was handled. This is extremely unprofessional. Original: I called Dr. Dyer's office in early August for 2 new patient appointments. I needed them to be at the same time so they had to schedule them in mid September, which I was fine with, as it was the earliest that 2 were available together. I gave my insurance info, we waited over a month, took the morning off work so we could be seen, only to show up and have the staff say our appointments were no where in the system and whoever I talked to must not have finished the process of putting our appointments down. I don't remember the name of the woman I spoke to, but I do remember verbally confirming twice before we hung up that we had appointments at 8 AM on Sept 13 as I was putting them into my calendar. Had the office made some attempt to correct this issue, I wouldn't be writing this review, but we were just sort of shrugged off and turned away after waiting over a month to be seen and taking time off work for the appointments. No one at the desk offered to schedule new appointments for us or any solutions to the issue whatsoever. It was just a very disheartening experience overall. I was looking forward to seeing Dr. Dyer because of the great reviews, but the front desk staff really left us hanging.

This is an amazing dental office. I absolutely can appreciate how nice and friendly the entire staff is. They make you feel at home and they know how to communicate well with children. Every patient is treated like a friend . They listen to your concerns and don't rush through your dental work . If you want to talk they will listen . The staff is very special . Thank you all for taking care of my family!

I am very pleased with everything.I had all my top teeth pulled with no pain. I know it's hard to believe but it's true.i even fell asleep. They put my new teeth in they are so beautiful. They are not straight across at the bottom edge like most dentures. These look natural.like my teeth. I couldn't be more pleased.Im going to tell everyone to go to this dentist. I smile every time I look in the mirror. You will to.

The staff is super friendly and everyone makes you feel at ease. The dentist is favorite I feel like family when they take care of me. This is the best place to go. I love the fact that I had a total knee replacement and the doctors make sure I have penicillin before my cleaning to keep any infection dropping to my Knee replacement something I didn't know I needed to do. I love Dr. Dyer & Kolath

I have dental phobia. I've had terrible experiences with dentists. I found this dentist and I am so very grateful that I did!! Dr. Dyer was so kind!! The entire staff was very kind. I highly recommend this dentist office. I have found my forever dentist!!

The dentists as well as the entire staff are always very friendly and professional. They make you feel very comfortable which takes the anxiety away that I use to feel each time I went to the dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Dyers office to anyone looking for a dentist.

My visit with Dr. Dyer and his staff was very pleasant and satisfying. Following all the appropriate COVID-19 protocols, they patiently explained all of the procedures and possible treatment plans. They allowed my wife to come in and hear the information also to help me in my decision-making. Dr. Dyer had a cancelation and was able to complete more than originally planned, which saved me an extra trip into town. The staff also helped me get signed up for a dental plan that saved me $500 on today's visit.

This place is Absolutely fantastic!!! They have done a wonderful job for our family of 9 for almost 20 years!! Thank you Paula and Dr Simon for always going the extra mile for us!!

The doctors and work done was good but dont trust the office to tell you if they are in your insurance network or not. Was surprised after I payed almost $800 for my part of a crown thinking that would be all, a month later received another $300 bill due to the fact that they are out of my network. A week after I received my FIRST bill for what the insurance did not cover I received a letter from a collection agency. DANG GIVE A GUY A CHANCE TO PAY A BILL. SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE

I'm giving this place 5 stars because they deserve it. I always have the worst case scenario with my teeth and am scheduled to have an implant next year. This office is top knotch from the people who answer and schedule appointments who are always kind and courteous to my dental hygienist paula who always greets me with a smile. I also want to take a moment to that Dr Simon who called me after hours to go over my chart and to develop a treatment plan and for being holistic and discovering why I had continued dental abscesses which was due to a recurrance of tmj and tooth fracture. I also want to that chelsea in the back for getting my retainer correct and properly fitted so I have some teeth for aesthetics until my jaw heals and until my surgery takes place. Thank you!!
