I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Schmidt and his staff. He is an INCREDIBLE surgeon and his staff are wonderful. I will recommend them for life.

Just had my wisdom teeth out a few hours ago and feel great! The entire staff is incredibly helpful, kind and very personable. They made me feel so comfortable and safe. I would recommend this place 1000000%!!!

Can't say thank you enough for getting me in ASAP when I had a horrible abscess !! Got my tooth pulled, and a drain put in. Dr Schmidt and his staff are all phenomenal!! Was worried about anthestic due to bad experience elsewhere and they took the time to look into and talk to me about it. Everything went smooth and I appreciate the whole staff !! Thank you again for making a very nerve-wracking experience for me calm and comfortable. I appreciate you all ! Meg Bise

Had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed with relatively low pain and swelling compared to some people I know who've had this procedure. The nurse was very kind and caring and even walked me out to my car to make sure I was okay. Good experience for me.

All of the staff members were extremely kind and encouraging during my wisdom teeth removal surgery. They made my experience a very pleasant one.

Nice guy but too rushed. He didn't give the topical time to work before doing the novacaine needle and gave novacaine no time to take effect before getting right into cutting.

Such a great wisdom teeth experience! I was really nervous but they made me comfortable, it was so easy and I have had barley any pain or swelling. Def recommend this place

Completely disappointed! Was given wrong information about my insurance coverage and my balance due at time of service. When I called to discuss this with the insurance department they were never available and would not return my calls. As an insurance coordinator and office manager of a general dentist office (who has referred many patients and other family members to this office) I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I was told wrong information and that my insurance company (that I called three times was wrong.) I even spoke to my husband's HR department who told me this oral surgeon's office always seems to have problems with their billing and calls them often?! After frustration and little help, I reached out to their Medina office, when Strongsville would not return my call. They were BEYOND helpful and even put me on a three way call with my insurance company to find out what I had previously verified on my own was correct. When I reached out to Strongsville AGAIN with this information. I was told AGAIN, I was incorrect and that their phone lines aren't even able to make conference calls. TRUST and HONESTY is key- so I went with my gut and cancelled my son's appt. . .funny how their insurance rep called me the very next day! It's sad when companies get so big and lose sight of what is really important: THE PATIENT

Doctor was wonderful! They have done all of my family's extractions. Clinical staff is very caring and great with communicating with anxious parents what is going to happen, what the next step is and how to reach them if questions or emergencies arise. I will continue to recommend them from my personal experience & my professional experience as a office manager for a general dentist!

Today I had my 4 wisdom teeth extracted with Dr. Benninger. I give them a 5/5 starts because the level of care i received in their office was great. Everyone including the secretary, nurses, and the doctor made me feel very comfortable. I really do not like getting procedures done but if i had to do it again i would come here. Highly recommend thank you everyone for making my experience as good as possible.

I was personally worked on by Dr. Schmidt and he did an amazing job. I don't have a single complaint at all. Every single time I came in I waited less than 10 mins. Again definitely recommend to anyone that needs oral surgery. They are the best of the best!

I was just here to get my wisdom teeth taken out and it was such an amazing and smooth experience!! It went so well for me and the staff was so kind especially the girl with dark hair & ponytail that was there with me! I was nervous at first and she was so sweet to me by helping me stay calm and I wanted to say I appreciate that so much!! I 100% recommended this place. -Emma Scardelletti

GREAT!! Dr. Schween did an amazing job removing my wisdom teeth. My experience could not have been better. The whole staff was so kind and professional. I felt at ease going into it and had a smooth healing process with no problems. I would recommend his practice to anyone of my friends of family. Great experience all around.

My experience here valuable to me I went right in they worked as a team they was professionals the assistant walked me out eventhough my sister was with me and so special Dr. Benninger came out to talk to me before I left and made a home call to check in on me I'm so grateful
