Not accepting new patients because they're going out-of-network with Delta Dental? Didn't even ask what type of plan I had (I'm PPO and can go wherever), just turned me away. You're still listed as an available provider under my employer plan via the website & accepting new patients so might want to work that out yourselves with Delta. Just found the whole thing strange and disappointing.

The staff there is always friendly and professional. The front desk handles all insurance concerns so you know exactly what is and isn't covered. They have all COVID precautions in place, feel very safe going here. Dr Bejel takes the time and explains everything that they will be doing, and provides options if available. Highly recommend.

Dr Bejel and staff go above and beyond to keep their patients safe during Covid. The care my family and I receive is always exceptional. Everyone is friendly and caring for those that have any fear of going to a dentist. I highly recommend then and very happy I switched to this practice.

I have been a long time patient of DR. BEJEL. She has the BEST bed side manner of any dentist I've ever seen. My fiance and I both suffer from severe anxiety and she calms us down instantly !!!! She makes sure you are comfortable before even touching you and does everything she can to make procedures pain free- even before numbing with a needle. I would travel 12 hours just to be seen by her because of how amazing she is as a dentist and a person.

We were patients for over 25 years until we recently moved out of state. Dr. Present is the best dentist we have ever had. The entire staff is fantastic.

I have been a patient in this office for 28 years. This was my first visit since they re-opened with Covid protocols. I felt 100% comfortable that I was safe and that the well-being of every person in the space was considered. Despite the strain the pandemic creates for everyone, the staff and Dr. Present were as friendly and pleasant as they have always been.

Uncompromising friendliness and attention every time from the staff at North Wales Family Dentistry. We moved 25 miles away from North Wales into the city of Philadelphia, but we are willing to make this drive to stay with these providers. A wonderful practice that remains committed to quality care under the joint leadership of Drs. Bejel and Present.

I have never had a long wait time before my appointment. The dental technicians are very friendly, gentle, and thorough. I saw Karen today; she was wonderful! Dr. Present gave me a clean dental bill of health, after we had a lovely musical chat [I'm a retired music teacher]. This office will have the care of my teeth for as long as I have teeth!
