Dr. Donovan fixed my chipped tooth in an hour and a half and you can't tell that it was ever chipped. It looks perfect. She was very nice and professional. I am very happy I went to her for my dental problem. Her staff was a pleasure to work with. I recommend her highly.

I worked as a dental assistant back in my home state. This has experience allows me to understand just how fantastic Dr Donovan is at her job. Very thorough, patient, understanding, sociable and clearly cares about job well done. My knowledge of dentistry helps me to know that she performs her job at the highest and most proficient level. If Dr Donovan moves I might just have to pack up and tag along to be sure I continue to receive such excellent dental care! I simply cannot praise Dr Donovan and her staff enough!

Thank you to Dr Donavan and staff. We did not have an appointment and they managed to work us into their busy day. Dr. Donavan put my daughter at ease during her exam and diagnosis. I was amazed and thankful by the amount of time the doctor spent with us. We will be coming back and I will recommend Dr. Bass and Donavan to friends and family. What an amazing team!!!! Thank you!

I recently started as a patient here. My experience was wonderful ! The front desk team was very nice and helpful. I had to have a crown done due to a broken tooth. Dr. Bass and his assistant Terri were awesome. I did not feel any discomfort from the numbing of the tooth all the way to getting my new crown. I recommend this office! The best experience ever!

This is the cleanest dentist/doctors office I've ever been in. The hygienists are kind and gentle. The ladies upfront and in billing are polite, courteous also very knowledgeable about insurance. Dr. Donovan is nothing less than amazing! Thank you for taking such great care of me.

I have know both Dr. Bass and Dr. Donovan for a long time. They are very professional and accommodating. There has never been an issue with any appointments because someone always calls the day before to make sure I remember. Highly recommend for any needing a great dentist experience.

Drove an hour to their office only to find that my last appointment was considered " out of network" even though nothing under my insurance had changed. They wasted my time and cost me money. Not appreciated. I see others had this problem as well.

Made an appointment to this office as a new patient. Over the phone asked them if they accept my insurance. They said come and we figure this out. When my wife came they first did X-Rays and then told her sorry - your insurance is no good here please pay 200 dollars. They supposed first check insurance info and than perform services as all other offices do. We had to pay 144 doll when confronted them with their unfair practice and decided not to deal with this office anymore.
