Physicians have relied on computerized axial tomography scans (CAT) for years. Today, many dentists rely on 3D imaging scans to provide them with a detailed view of the mouth and skull. 3D scans are quick and simple to perform. A Cone Beam Imaging System is at the heart of the 3D scanner. The cone beams are used to take literally hundreds of pictures of the face. These pictures are used to compile an exact 3D image of the inner mechanisms of the face and jaw. The dentist is able to zoom in on specific areas and view them from alternate angles.
With our CEREC technology, we can take a digital impression of your mouth, digitally design your restoration, mill your new ceramic crown and place the crown in one sitting, rather than having to send your physical impressions out to a lab to make your crown. Our tooth-colored restorations are metal-free, long-lasting and extremely durable. With our same-day crowns service, there is no temporary crown involved and you can leave our office the same day with your permanent crown and tooth.

Office always very efficient and friendly. I had a new hygienist today for my teeth cleaning as my normal was off today. She was very thorough and gentle. She was friendly and tried to get to know me. Would definitely have her clean my teeth again !

This place and the people are so nice!! This was my first time going today but so far they are awesome. Dr. Sand was supper nice and so easy to get along with. I have had bad experiences with another dentist but this dentist will be my forever dentist. I am one happy customer!!!

Dr. Bart and Dr. Sands do a great job when it comes to dental work. In addition, the dental staff at the office does great work too. This family has been going to Dr. Bart's Dental Office for over ten years. I will not go anywhere else. My teeth are in the best hands.

A TRUE one stop dentistry! A broken tooth over the weekend sent me to my usual dentist who promptly wanted to send me out of town to a endodontist for an evaluation. Ok, I'm getting older. The thought of trying to deal with Raleigh traffic is no longer my cup of tea. My last 2 visits to my dentist always seemed to be referrals for things that most dentist can do. Time to heed the writing on the wall. Several hours on the telephone and I hit the jackpot with Drs Bart Cleary and John Sands! Got me in the next day, and 2 hours later I had a beautiful crown. No fuss, no drama just professional and very informative drs and staff. Honestly, I was blown over! They in house everything!!! Gonna have to have a partial down the road and was surprised with all the services they can do RIGHT THERE IN THE OFFICE! They checked on me after the procedure and are genuinely and seriously concerned with my needs. Its not rocket science as to who my NEW dentist is now. If you are tired of going here and there and want a good repore with excellent service, staff and dentist that specialize in the word "painless" in every sense of the word... You know who to call. I've been receiving dental care from Drs Cleary and Sands for 20 years and can't imagine trusting anyone else with my smile. They and their staff are extremely professional, talented, friendly, witty and painless. They employ the latest dental technology to insure thorough, safe and comfortable care for their patients. Today's visit involved only a routine cleaning and examination. However, it also afforded an opportunity for consultation regarding possible replacement of teeth due to two earlier extractions of broken teeth (I'm 85 and a little "long in the tooth"). No immediate replacement required. It was painless. It always is.

I have been to Dr. Cleary and Dr. Sands several times now so I believe I can honestly say that I have never been to another dentist that is anymore professional and as thorough with the consultation and individual plan I needed to be able to smile again without feeling self conscious. The office staff is very courteous and very professional as well. I felt comfortable the first time I walked in the office.. Also, I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. If I could give a higher score , I would and I have already recommended them to my friends and family.
