I have been a patient at this dental office for over 30 years. I have always been treated with respect and in a very professional manner by everyone in that office. If you are looking for a hygienist that is thorough and friendly and very good at her profession I would highly recommend Hardeep Bhatti.

2018 - In addition to the provider's invariably outstanding expertise, I'm always very grateful that every procedure is carefully explained to me. I also greatly appreciate the fact that the caring ethos of the provider is reflected in every member of the staff. 2021 - For many years, Dr. Avrutin and his amazing team have provided extraordinarily expert care with unfailing enthusiasm to me and all of my family. We are very, very grateful! I should have said "Dr. Avrutin and his amazing team..." in my previous text feedback above!

If you value your time avoid this dentist practice. You will spend countless hours dealing with billing issues. Revising my 5 star review due to changes at this dentistry practice. Ever since they sold the business things have not changed for the better. There have been more billing mistakes and first time with a new hygienists was painful. They also have a new dentist who seemed unknowledgeable and wasn't unable to answer my hygiene questions. Then I called to speak with them about the billing mistake and they were unable to help due to computer system issues. Downgrading again to 1 star from 3. A year later they continue to have issues with billing both my wife and I incorrectly. The staff is incompetent to the point I will now find a new dentist.

Hardeep Bhatti is a fabulous Hygienist! Does a great job! My family has been going to Jerry Statman for 30 years. The best!

Dr. Statman and the " crew";whether it be his assistant, the hygienist, or the girls behind the desk, are thorough, knowledgeable, professional and caring! I am petrified of going to the dentist but at least with Dr. Statman you know he will do the right thing with as much compassion as any dentist I know. If he feels you need an endodontist or oral surgeon you know he is advising you for the right reason, which has nothing to do with money!

Incredibly responsive and accommodating! My mother broke her center front tooth. It broke at the gum line and gave her the goofiest smile. We were anxious to see a dentist quickly. My mother recently moved to Rye and so hasn't seen a local dentist yet. I called the office on a Friday and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was told that the doctor would squeeze her in on Saturday. Dr. Avrutin took time with my 85-year old mother and we couldn't be happier with the care and the service we were given. I was so impressed with the quality service given to a brand new patient.

As someone who is extremely anxious about anything involving dental work, I can honestly say that every experience I have had at Rye Family Dentistry has been wonderful (despite the cavities). The technicians and dentists are knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable during my visits. I am very happy to have moved to New York and found a place I can trust with my dental health.

I'm very happy I switched my family back to Dr Avrutin. We had changed dentists for insurance purposes and it was NOT worth it. The level of care, and the honesty in his advice, is priceless.

Staff is excellent! They are very accommodating at every level. If having work done, as they are working they explain everything they are doing and why. Extremely satisfied. Also have orthodontist upstairs.
