Dr. Moody graduated from Arlington High School and then earned his Pre-Dental degree at Texas Tech University. After college graduation, he joined the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ, an interdenominational Christian ministry. He served with Campus Crusade for three years at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.
Dr. Moody and his wife Emily are proud parents of seven children. They treasure the Arlington community and love raising their family in such a great place. They both love pouring into their kids activities, their church- Gospel City Church and other community organizations like Pantego Christian Academy and Young Life.
He is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Angle Society, and the Texas Orthodontic Study Club. Dr Moody is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and has been a clinical professor in the Texas A&M College of Dentistry Orthodontic Department.

I highly recommend Drs.Alexander Orthodontics to EVERYONE. The entire staff is so pleasant to work with and get you in and out of there promptly, always. Dr.Alexander is one of a kind and truly cares about all of his patients. I get so many compliments on my teeth to this day and it's all because of Drs.Alexander Orthodontics.

Wonderful experience! I had to make an appointment because of an orthodontic emergency and they took me in the same day I called. I got there and everyone was super friendly and helpful. I was in and out in under 15 minutes (including time filling out forms). I am not a resident of the DFW area, but if I was I certainly found my orthodontist! Thank you for taking care of my orthodontic emergency!

Having to hear, "You need braces." stirs up all sorts of feelings, and in our case it was anxiety. My daughter's anxiety was at an all time high when we first came to Dr. Alexander; thankfully he and his staff were very patient and understanding and have helped her become more at ease as she is on her journey to a better smile. I am very thankful for clinical assistant, Eric. We see Eric for every appointment, as my child has grown to trust him and is at ease with every visit and procedure. Having a child with anxiety is not easy; and we often have to deal with people who don't understand it, so we are truly blessed that Eric and Dr. Alexander just get it. My child senses that and it has made all the difference.

Came in today with my son , first visit . I will say folks this is the place to come for braces . The people are super friendly , communication is great . The biggest part is my son felt at ease just by them talking to him. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a orthodontist .

I waited until the end of my time with Dr. A to write my review so I could speak to the whole (almost two year) experience. If I had to sum it up in one word it would be "amazing". But let me tell you why. First, I am an adult who had to get braces. The thought of having a mouth full of orthodontics was not one I relished. This is particularly true because my job is one where I talk in front of people A LOT. Dr. A was able to work with me on a plan to make my braces less visible, and also worked with me on the timing of my appointments so I did not need to miss work obligations. If you are reading this as an adult thinking about getting braces, hear me when I say DO IT. I know it's an investment, but it is so worth it. Not only are my teeth corrected, but I have noticed such better gum health as well. This office knows how to do "adults with braces" right. Second, the people at this office make all the difference in the world. When they see you, they see a person sitting there of them, not just teeth on a stick. They got to know me, asked about my family, and even cheered for me as I got my promotion at work. The care and compassion you will find her is unmatched. I could go on and on, but you really have to find out for yourself. Make the call. Talk ti Dr. A. See what your options are. And tell them Tim sent you, lol.

My couple of years with braces was smooth sailing with Dr. Moody. Everything I needed to do was explained very clearly and it made doing tasks like cleaning my braces and putting in rubber bands a lot easier than I thought.

The service at Dr. Alexander's office is impeccable. Thus far, three of our children have had orthodontia from Dr. Alexander's team. They make every person feel welcomed and valued. They are transparent about the treatment plan and costs. And the results are fantastic. Alexander Orthodontics helps make Arlington a great place to be.
