I did not have a good experience with this office. I mostly left because the dentist can't do crowns or root canals. These are things every dentist should be able to do. I don't want to go to other locations to have this work done. I found a fantastic dentist who can do all of this work. Plus, they are up to date on the latest technology and have the equipment Dropps office does not. I was told by his office that I needed a root canal, but when I went to my new dentist, he said I did not. Saved me a lot of money. I now have my new crown and I'm estatic.

5 Stars as a dentist. One less star for billing. The bills aren't clear and I don't understand why I owe money over my insurance. It isn't a lot of money but it is still there.

Been a customer here for many years now, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The staff is always very caring and kind. Dr. John Drop is a great guy and great at what he does, if you want a dentist that cares definitely give them a call.

I think Dr. Drop is a great dentist. However, the office is terrible and handles customers terribly. they would cancel appointments for my family out of the blue and rescheduling would be in a few months. And extremely rude and accusatory if you deal with them on the phone. Leave that experience out of your life -- there are really good dentists in Hershey!
