After 2 and half years, my braces finally got removed and my teeth turned out to be amazing and I love them so much that I just cannot stop smiling and showing off in front of my family and friends. I cannot thank Dr. Bui and her nurses enough to make this happen.

I will say that the front desk staff and dental hygienist are very nice and friendly. The place is also nice and clean. Although I will not be taking my children there anymore. I don't believe this clinic is specialized in pediatric dental care as they say they are. After looking at all the good reviews this clinic has I decided to take both my children there for a dental checkup. The first appointment went well. That day a male doctor, I believe it was Dr. Doan saw both of my children. That same day Dr. Doan did some dental work on my 9yr old son. He started with laughing gas and everything went well. I scheduled an appointment for my 5 yr old daughter about 2 weeks later to also get some dental work done. This time it was a female doctor I am not sure which doctor it was because she didn't even introduce her self. She did not give me any options for sedation. She just went straight to injecting my 5 yr old daughter's gums to numb them. I would have expected her to at least offer to give her some laughing gas first to help her feel comfortable. Of course she cried and after a few minutes she calmed down. She was going to get 4 crowns and an extraction that day. My daughter went through extreme anxiety the entire treatment she cried and kicked the entire time begging to stop and go home. For some odd reason she also complained about pain during the entire treatment. The doctor said it was impossible but my daughter insisted and pointed to her molar. Also the thing used to keep her mouth open was huge for her small mouth, it was the size of my tongue; which caused her even more anxiety! At that point I was trying to stay as calm as possible while seeing how uncomfortable my daughter was. I could not ask the doctor to stop she had already done half the work to insert the crowns. As soon as she was done with the crowns she was about to start with the extraction and I asked her to stop and not continue. I could not bear to see my daughter going through all that anxiety any longer. I walked out of there almost crying for my 5 yr old, thinking about what she had gone through and thinking about how it must of felt like an eternity to her. But I kept it together because I didn't want her to see me like that. The rest of the day my daughter would all of a sudden cry and tell me how bad it was. She was traumatized!

I was there for an hour and 45 min left without getting my teeth cleaned. Would have probably been longer if I did not have a vision appointment next door. They were referring me to a sister clinic in Arlington based on needs I had. Called that clinic who indicated I likely misunderstood their ability to help my situation but they would request my records. Called back and was told she hadn't been able to get my records because she kept getting put on hold. Have not received any follow despite being told I would. Complete waste of my time! I'm now trying to get in somewhere else to get my teeth cleaned.

Seriously the sweetest team I've ever met. As crazy as it sounds, I get excited for my ortho appointments. Not only are the dentist/ orthos kind and good at their work but their staff is just as great!

If you only need cleaning and minor fillings, this place is ok. If you need more work, DON'T GO THERE. They are very tricky when it comes to larger charges. If you need a root canal or crown, you have to pay the WHOLE COST to them then they will bill your insurance and reimburse you whatever the insurance pays. They didn't tell me that upfront on my first visit and they made me wait a month and a half for the specialist and then they broke the news with me having to pay over 3K when my insurance covers 60% of that. It was devastating because now they have stripped me from my option to go somewhere else a month and a half ago if they have told me that. My plan now has an unused 5K that I'm not going to be able to collect before the end of the year.

Selena is the best dental assistant! I always have great service here and barely have to wait. I love that the eye doctor is attached too. Highly recommend for dental and eye care

My daughter isn't the easiest of patients to work on, the Apple doesn't fall far from the tree! But here they made her feel comfortable and calm in order for the doc to continue the procedure! Thank you Selena for helping her through out the process!
