I've been a patient here for 3yrs now and I have never received service like I did on yesterday 8/19/22. I had a tooth extraction with stitches done, nobody went over my treatment plan with me like usual when work has to be done. I was quoted & I paid, because I needed this tooth out that bad. I was told that my prescriptions will be called into the pharmacy. Staff called me after 5pm and stated that they were called in and they were NOT. I called and left messages, Here it is the weekend now and my medications are still not at the pharmacy. I couldn't sleep because of the pain I'm just really upset about the fact that those medications should've been sent immediately once the payment was made because the work that was done on my mouth hurts so bad and I'm suffering until Monday Morning.

From the start the staff was really professional and helpful, went in for a 6 month cleaning and check up. All the assistants were super friendly and on top of everything, they answered all of my questions in full detail. Their prices are affordable and are more than willing to work with you to make sure you leave with a great smile. 10/10 would recommend to anyone of my friends and family.

I brought my daughter in for a routine exam and was told that she had 11 cavities! I was in shock because she takes pretty good care of her teeth. I decided to get a second opinion at Mint Dentistry and they said she only has 2 cavities. This place is obviously willing to drill unnecessarily on a CHILD just to make money. I am beyond angry with this dental office. I am so glad I trusted my gut and got a second opinion.

I visited this office to have dental work done. By far the greatest dental experience I've ever had. The office was clean and the front of office staff were very friendly. The first day I visited for my appointment I was scheduled with Dr. Kathy, she might be the sweetest Doctor I've ever had to deal with. She consulted, that I would need a couple of fillings and deep cleaning. So, I took her recommendation and came back for another visit to get the work done. This time my dental work was handled by Dr. Tello. This Doctor did great job with my teeth. The guy literally takes great pride in his work. Never seen my teeth look so good. I recommend either Doctor, you can't go wrong with either. Both doctors answered all my questions and concerns, explained everything perfectly. By far the best dental experiences and office. Ask for either Doctor, you won't be disappointed.

Red Flags!! DreamWorks Dental had been a long time care provider for my wife and I. I recently went there for a routine check up and cleaning and all was well, the Doctors and Hygenists are great, but I have discovered some crooked front end staff. I was all done headed to check out and the first lady to speak to me, I dont recall seeing a name tag, told me that my charge would be $88, I then kind of questioned $88 for routine x-rays, dental exam, and cleaning? My insurance which has not changed in a little over 3 years always covered that. She doesn't get confrontational BUT she asks me to hang on while she goes and talk to another lady in an office towards the back of the front desk area, when she returns she tells me she's going to give me a discount and charge me $25, to which I wasn't too thrilled about since I hadn't paid for these checks ever. She did tell me the charge was for the bitewing x-rays. Later while at work I got my employer to send me a copy of my insurance coverages, interesting thing I found was all the stuff done to/for me was all covered by my group one coverages 100% by my insurance, so now I'm less pleased that I got charged anything. Today in the mail I receive my EOB (Explanation of Benefits) and find that per the coding submitted to my insurance that my insurance covered everything but $5, so yet again not thrilled about the extra $20 from the alleged "discount". As I'm examining my EOB I notice across the top that all of a sudden it says I am OUT OF NETWORK. Another head scratcher, I'd been IN NETWORK for the longest, so when did my dentist office become OUT OF NETWORK? And when were they going to tell me?!?!?!?! Needless to say we discovered Dr. Nina Dihn no longer works there, and found she's at another dental practice, which covers IN NETWORK with my insurance, my wife and I went there to sign back up with Dr. Nina Dihn, and showed them the dental plan that DreamWorks had quoted my wife over $300 per tooth needing repair, and so per our second opinion going back to Dr. Nina Dihn she got both teeth fixed at LESS than half what DreamWorks was going to try and steal from us since we are now OUT OF NETWORK with them. So lesson to all, make sure your insurance is IN NETWORK because the ladies at the front desk certainly will not tell you, but they'll take your money!!

I have been coming to this Dentistry since 2009. My children got their braces a regular check-up. My entire family comes here. The environment is warm and welcoming. It's a family and we absolutely love this Dentistry
