I can't get over how gross it was that the dental cleaning equipment was not clean when they used it on me. Hygienist yelled about how equipment was not cleaned from night before 5 minutes into my cleaning. No wonder there was a weird taste! The staff was very friendly but not attentive to cleanliness. Mouth felt gross after going, not usual fresh feel.

Had an appointment first thing in the morning. Equipment wasn't cleaned from the night before. It tasted disgusting and is a health hazard.

This review is LONG OVERDUE!! Well - where do I even begin?!? If I could give more than 5 stars I would - hands down! First off - I have never liked going to the dentist... for many reasons that I don't need to get into. I was starting to get some pain in my mouth ... long story long - I was referred to Dreamscape by a friend that is also a long time patient there. So I made an appt. From the moment I walk in and am greeted I thought "ok - this might not be so bad." The office looked warm and welcoming and the chairs were super comfy! AND get this! There was a charging station for my phone and video game station for my son! So then ... my hygienist Anna pops out from the door calls my name and brings me back to the "chair". I immediately tell her I'm nervous and to please be gentle. Long story long ... she is AMAZING, thorough, gentle, kind, friendly and super cool! Then it was time for Dr. Shah ... He asked me about my pain, he reviewed my x rays and we chatted for awhile. He was also so super cool! He told me what was going on with my teeth and gums - and that the pain was related to my gum disease, which I didn't even know I had. So then we made an appointment for the following week to take care of the issue. Fast forward two years later (hence why this is so over due) I am and my kids are life long customers/patients of Dreamscape! So ... if you're looking (or even if you're not looking) dreamscape is where you need to go for any and all of your dental needs!

I'm never crazy about being in a dental chair but Dr. Shah made my experience great. He's gentle, kind and eased my anxiety by taking his time and explained things. I had 2 crowns done and completed while in the office. I so appreciate not having to come in again! Plus the crowns look good. Thank you Dr. Shah! You're the best!

My family have been seeing Dr. Shah at Dreamscape Dental for at least a decade. I was so nervous at my first appointment as I didn't grow up with good dental care and hadn't seen a dentist in years. Everyone at Dreamscape were so kind and patient with me, I was put at ease and able to get an awesome cleaning. I had a few loose teeth for years and Dr. Shah did everything he could to help me hold on to them. When it was finally time to pull them, the office worked with me on the cost of a bridge with a payment plan. I am so happy with my new teeth, I can eat and talk and SMILE again with no worries! I recommend Dreamscape Dental to anyone who wants a dentist who will listen to you, not recommend things you don't need, and most importantly, whose whole office and staff are so awesome and kind!

Dr. Shah has been a blessing in my life. I hadn't had any dental work done in 10+ years and was in need of quite a bit of work. Dr. Shah was patient and understanding. He has done everything in his power to work with my limited budget. And he and his whole staff are a pleasure to be around. I couldn't have asked for a better dentist :)

Dr Shah and his team have been helping me for years since I've moved to the area. I have been through many dentists and have stopped here because Dr Shah always seems to go above and beyond. He is a genuine person who seems to really care about his patients and be honest, and that goes a long way to me in this world. He also is skillful and precise when it comes to getting the work done! I have been a patient of Dr. Shah for many, many years and I cannot rave enough about his office. Every staff member is wonderful, especially Brenda and Dr. Shah. Brenda handles all the billing needs so if you have questions about anything, she is your go-to. Dr. Shah also cares for my two kids. Now, this is not one of those crazy pediatric offices, but I have to tell you....I trust Dr. Shah with my kids. My kids love going to the dentist. The office is calm and soothing plus every exam chair/room has a tv in there. 5 stars! Highly recommended!

I have not had good experiences in the dentist chair. This is the challenge that faced Dr. Shah as I final came in for a visit, it had been several years. First of all, I was praised for making the decision to taking charge of my dental health again. I was never shamed in any way about not having been to the dentist. The tech that cleaned my teeth was excellent. Communicating everything before and during the process, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. When I met with Dr. Shah it was clear that he was going to do the same. There is a great sense of comfort knowing that the Dr. understands your fear and cares about you as a person. Dr. Shah is very skilled in his craft and takes tremendous pride and care in his work. I received genuine caring text messages as he followed up to make sure things were going well. I am so glad to now have a real partner in my dental health. This is the best dental experience of my life.

Super place! They are so helpful and treat me with respect which I did not have with the first dentist I saw in the area. The place is clean and usually has TV on to entertain. Thanks for being friendly and straight forward.

Been going to Dreamscape for over 3 years. Dr. Shah and the team are great and happy to work with your schedule (or last-minute reschedule). For larger procedures, they work with what you and your budget can handle. I'm also impressed with their communication, even taking the time to check on your recovery via text, making sure everything feels right and good. I've never known a dental clinic to be so focused on your well-being!

Dr. Shah and his compassionate staff are consistently kind, competent, and thorough. They patiently explain and execute each procedure for even our most nervous family members. We refer all of our friends to Dreamscape.

I've been going to Dreamscape Dental since 2002, and wouldn't have it any other way. The office is beautiful and cozy, the staff is AWESOME!! Both of my kids are special needs, and Dr. Shah has gone to great lengths to make my boys comfortable. The staff knows my boys, and is able to work on them with no problems. I highly recommend Dr. Shah!
