Dr. Mohamed Elazhri is a graduate of University of Detroit, Mercy School of Dentistry. He has a certificate of Advanced Graduate in Periodontics. Dr. Elazhri is currently an Affiliated Professor at University of Detroit Mercy School.

Courtney Wager received her Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene from Bristol Community College in 2006. Immediately upon graduation, Courtney began working for Drs. Ronkin and Shwartzman and while having the opportunity to work with them, Courtney found that her true passion lied in learning advanced concepts.

Stacey Morris Received her Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene from Bristol Community College in 2006. Stacey was acting class president upon graduation and was presented an award from the Southeastern Massachusetts Dental Hygienists Association for excellence in community service.

Shortly upon graduation, Stacey joined the team of Doctors Konstantin Ronkin and Evetta Shwartzman. Stacey is constantly expanding and broadening her knowledge of the dental profession by regularly attending educational courses around the United States. Stacey is certified in soft tissue laser therapy and administration of local anesthesia. Among many of the professional conventions Stacey attends, she is an active yearly volunteer for the Yankee Dental Conference in Boston MA.

Staceys passion is in preventative dentistry. She is constantly updating herself on the latest methods to prevent and control oral disease. Stacey has served on the board of officers of the Southeastern Massachusetts component of the American Dental Hygienists Association since 2011 and is currently serving as secretary for the group.

Growing up in the Soviet Union, Drs. Ronkin and Shwartzman heard about the advanced healthcare available in the United States. They wanted to learn to provide high quality care and practice in an environment where thy can always continue to learn and flourish. When they came to the U.S. they were accepted into the world-renowned Tufts Dental School, which is actually where they met each other. Sharing an identical dream, they found that they both had the same drive and ambition to pursue it.

In 1994 Drs. Ronkin and Shwartzman opened their first Dental Practice in Canton, MA. In 1995, they were the first office in New England to offer laser tooth whitening. That was the beginning of two things for Ronkin and Shwartzman: an unprecedented approach to dentistry later called cosmetic dentistry and earning their keep as the pioneers of modern dentistry.

In 1996, Drs. Ronkin and Shwartzman joined the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. In the group of advanced dentists dedicated to the art and science of dentistry, Drs. Ronkin and Shwartzman found their place. They began eradicating sliver fillings from the practice, patients were coming in and asking for veneers and teeth whitening was becoming more and more popular.

Also in 1996, Ronkin and Shwartzman began attending cosmetic dentistry courses at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. Along with the other 1% of dentists in the country, the doctors learned techniques that kept them at the forefront of high-tech dentistry. They began changing peoples lives by giving them the self assurance they lacked from not being able to smile confidently.

In 2002, Drs. Ronkin and Shwartzman began shifting in a new direction. They continued to change peoples lives, but now they actually had the tools and skills to change their patients quality of life. Undergoing over 100 hours of continuing education on the concept of neuromuscular dentistry, the doctors began taking not only the teeth into account, but also incorporating the roles of the joints and muscles in relation to the teeth. This allowed them to help patients relieve TMJ symptoms such as headaches, neck and back pain, jaw pain, tingling of the fingers and many more. With the help of neuromuscular dentistry, Dr. Shwartzman has treated many patients with sleep apnea and has given them an alternative to the CPAP and a healthier sleep, resulting in more productivity and happiness.

It also allowed them to restore teeth in such a bite that actually increased the longevity of their restorations. The days of when crowns needed to be redone every 5 years were over. If done correctly, and if the patient follows all recommendations, restorations can actually last a whole lifetime.

The International Association of Physiological Aesthetics was founded in 2005 and Drs. Ronkin and Shwartzman were members since the foundation of this organization. Having already brought modern dentistry back to Russia, the doctors felt the importance of an international organization that brought the highest quality professionals together. Dentists who are passionate about improving the quality of life for their patients, were now able to resource the research being done in various countries across the world. Drs. Ronkin and Shwartzman are not only members, but they attend the annual IACA meeting every year and even bring a group of dentists from Russia. The goal is to bring the level of dentistry up wherever possible so that patients around the globe can have access to this amazing dental care that we know changes and prolongs lives.

This unique form of straightening teeth using invisible aligners was introduced to the market in 1999. That year Drs. Ronkin and Shwartzman were one of the first to get certified using this technology that will have gone on to revolutionize the orthodontic world.
