Gloria was born in Fort Lauderdale and attended Fort Lauderdale High School where she met her sweetheart Eddy. They were married in 1996. Eddy and Gloria have twin sons Alex and Victor, which are her pride and joy!
Gloria loves dentistry! She started as a dental assistant then pursued a career in dental hygiene. Her first job was with Dr. Bartlett in 1996 and worked for Dr. Bartlett for 18 years. She loves working as a hygienist and taking care of patients and building a relationship with each and every patient.
Julius a native of Brazil, adopted the USA as his country over 30 years ago. Julius has been in the dental field for many years and thoroughly enjoys interacting with the many great friends/patients he comes in contact with at Dream Smile Center. Julius is the proud parent of three cats. Julius enjoys working out, going to the movies, and cooking.
Sylvia is a Polish descendant who lived in New York for over a decade before moving to sunny Florida 6 years ago. Sylvia enjoys long walks on the beach and outdoor activities. She loves being a mom to her 5 year old daughter, who is the center of her life. Sylvia is very passionate, career driven, and always strives for perfection in every aspect of her life. Her favorite part of being a dental hygienist are her patients, whom she treat as family members.
Jennifer was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale. Jennifer has been a dental assistant for over 30 years. She enjoys taking continuing education courses to expand her knowledge on the latest dental techniques. Jennifer loves to educate our patients and provide them with the best dental care. Jennifer joined Dr. Bartlett in November 2008 and is happy to be a part of our amazing dental team. Jennifer is married to Bob and they have 4 children and 3 beautiful grandchildren. When not at work Jennifer enjoys sports, animals, and spending time with the kids and grandkids.

Practicing dentistry for thirty years has taken me on a journey through general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and the latest, most advanced dental technology.
Dr. Jeff Bartlett, a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, has been practicing for the past thirty years in Fort Lauderdale. After graduating from the University of Notre Dame, Dr. Bartlett pursued his dental degree from The Medical College of Virginia, Dental School. Committed to learning, he attends hundreds more hours of continuing education than is required. Dr Bartlett is also a member of the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Dentistry for Diabetics, Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, Fort Lauderdale Study Club, and Oral Cancer Association.
He and his wife Judy have seven children. He and six of his children are alumni of St. Thomas Aquinas High school in Fort Lauderdale. His children have attended the University of Florida, Florida State University, and the University of Central Florida. Dr. Bartlett enjoys spending his free time with his family and occasionally squeezing in a round of golf.
Dr. Isabel Castillo grew up in Miami, FL and received her Bachelor's degree from Florida International University. She graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry and completed a General Practice Residency at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland Hospital. She gained special interest in cosmetic dentistry and spends numerous hours in continuing education to provide her patients with the highest level of care.
As a general dentist, Dr. Castillo feels her work isn't just a career, it's her passion. Changing smiles not only promotes confidence but can truly change your life. Developing relationships with patients and being a part of their smile journey is the driving force behind her passion.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bartlett for over 30 years. He currently a 30 mile round trip. They have moved 4 times. I don't plan on stopping our relationship until one of us drops. I have such great confidence and will surely hate to switch. Thanks.

I am new to the area and needed a dentist for some cosmetic work as well as routine cleanings. I found DSC online and happened to be booked with Dr Castillo. She is absolutely amazing and I can't say enough good things. Everyone at this office is helpful and very professional . They helped put me at ease . Best decision I made was to go to Dream Smile Center . Gloria was my hygienist and she was great . I had 2 crowns in the past 6 months and didn't feel any pain . I actually enjoy the dentist now thanks to everyone at Dr Barlets office

Dr. Bartlett has been my dentist for over 20 years. The office staff is incredibly professional, friendly and courteous. Dr. Bartlett understands that some people are nervous about going to the dentist and is very kind and gentle. I highly recommend him and his staff.
