I wish I could give them 0 stars because this is the absolute worst and unprofessional dental office I have ever dealt with! I had a root canal done in July, crown was denied by insurance because the root canal wasn't done deep enough. The receptionist argued with me saying it was. Never heard back from anyone about what I need to do and my insurance company has also tried to reach out to them to get documentation and can't get a response. I can't believe this place is still in business!!!!

I've gone here for a few years and the staff is Very Friendly and Dr Callwell is a very nice man.

Had an issue with a tooth about two years ago and asked them to just pull it. They insisted on doing a root canal then said I have to be approved for a crown. So he said "just be careful" never heard back never called back after I've left messages and now my tooth is broken in half and I can't get in anywhere for it to be pulled.. worst place ever

I went in for tooth pain a few years ago he told me I needed a root canal which he did then they summited to my insurance for my crown but I never heard nothing back from them went bk in because my tooth pain was still there they told me it was hit cold sensitivity so then I started chewing on my other side which broke my bridge 3 yrs later the pain was still there I go bk in he said it's the tooth next to it so damaged it need pulled but not once have they told me I needed any work on it they also said I needed 2 root canal on other teeth so he did the 2 root canals and my gums swollen so bad when I go bk to get tooth pulled I told him he said it was normal then I find out weeks later they have Still not filled for my crowns and my tooth was breaking off then he pull my tooth and knocked the next one loose and I was left with a bad infection it's been 3 months and I lost my tooth cuz they didn't file for my crown with the insurance company and I still ain't heard from themi

Very unprofessional business. Avoids all calls to schedule appointments after they cancel multiple times. Had to literally go to the office just to speak with someone. Don't waste your time here.

If I could rate 0 stars I would! We have made multiple trips over the last few months to get my son's tooth fixed (root canal), and it still isn't fixed. We live an hour away might I add. They've moved appointments on me and rescheduled more times than I can count, and today the icing on the cake was sending me to their Bellevue office that isn't even open on Fridays. When I got the confirmation call it was from the Bellevue clinic so of course I asked if this appointment would be there and was told yes. When I show up the door is locked and no one would answer the phone at either location. I left a message at the Council Bluffs location and got a call back an hour after I left the message. When I told them I would be seeking a new dentist they informed me that I will be billed for the work they didn't do putting on my son's crown. AVOID THIS PLACE! YOU'D BE BETTER OFF LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!!

They don't care about people on medicaid. I am a single mom having to reschedule my son's appt twice in a row to acommodate to your schedule! All bc you probably get paid less so you don't care. Horrible place!!!

They continuously cancel my appointments because the doctor is never in, they are absolutely horrible for sticking to their own schedule! I have waited almost 2 months for them to fix a hole in my tooth because they wait till the day before my appointments to cancel it. WORST DENTIST EVER!

They're supposed to be open 8am-4pm but yet they don't answer I've called 10 times! They also wanted to do a root canel on a broken tooth instead of pulling it. This place is a joke.

I went in for a root canal and they messed up on it they still won't fix it I've been calling every day for the last month even the emergency line and they sent me straight to voicemail each time I even left my phone number and all my contact information on the voicemail when I had an appointment for a Crown they charge my insurance and never did the service never called me to confirm appointment or cancel and I am still in pain do not go here !!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!!! I am giving them 0 stars because they are rude and DO NOT care about the patients. I called them over a month ago and got the appointment made for my daughter, I have to drive over 45 mins to even get to this dentist. I called ahead before entering because I couldn't locate the office and she (the receptionist) went to check my appointment and she told me that my daughter couldn't be seen today because I didn't confirm my appointment. The receptionist (Shannon) told me that they called me but couldn't leave me a message due to my inbox being full (which it isn't). I called that number back the same day she called me because it was an unknown number but the line was busy. You would think they would've called back to get ahold of me? No they didn't, and she had told me that it is my responsibility to confirm the appointment. Well how am I supposed to confirm my appointment it they NEVER GOT AHOLD OF ME?!?!?!?! Again don't go here at all, let them loose the business for being ungrateful human beings. I wasted over 1/4 of a tank of gas for this dumb place.

Been going for a couple of years before had to change insurance, as soon changed, service became terrible. Did not get call backs about son seeing orthodontist for braces, then when I called them for the 3rd time they told me he was retiring. Same for me and my procedure needed, said would call when approved and after second time of me calling them and finding out wasn't turned into insurance AT ALL, I found a new place to go. This was over a years time.
