Kristin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Michigan. After graduation, she spent one year working with the underserved population before joining Drakeshire Dental in 2016. Outside of work, Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and dog. They love relaxing up North - and on the beach!
Andreia graduated from dental school at the University of So Paulo in Brazil. She then attended Oakland Community College in Auburn Hills, MI with her degree in dental hygiene. There, she earned several academic achievement awards. When she's not working, Andreia loves spending time with her husband, son and dog. She also enjoys canoeing, walking, and binging action movies!
Tami began her career in dentistry as a Dental Assistant. In 2002, she earned her degree in Dental Hygiene. Tami is also credentialed in prodiving local anesthetic and nitrous oxide! When away from the office, Tami loves to spend quality time with her husband and two daughters. She also enjoys reading, bike riding, golf, tennis, and kickboxing!
Alexis has been working as a dental assistant for over 6 years. She is currently studying at the University of Detriot Mercy to become a dentist. When Alexis isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and their two amazing children. Their favorite activity is movie nights with a lot of snacks!
Teresa graduated from Everest University and has been working as a dental assistant for over 10 years. When she's not at the practice, she is baking cakes and practicing her decorating skills - a family tradition that's been passed down for generations. Teresa also loves to express her cultural heritage by participating in the traditional Mexican dance, ballet folklorico!
Lupita received her degree in Accounting, and cares deeply about helping patients maintain their dental health for a lifetime. When she's not working, Lupita loves dancing to Latin music and learning how to golf with her husband. Her main priority is spending time with her family.
Markia has been in the dental industry for 18 years! She has her degree in Early Childhood Education and is CPR certified. Outside of the office, Markia loves to spend time with her family, especialy her two children and dog, Honey. Markia also does pilates and yoga and loves to travel.

Everyone in the office was super friendly, helpful and answered all my questions as this was my first visit. I did not have to wait at any part of my visit. Dr. Najar explained everything before proceding and the plan of care. Very kind.

Have spent a lot for my Invisalign braces. Final outcome was not completely successful. But I just could take this process any further. This was my final appointment before getting a retainer. Really though the Dr would at least see me & discuss my situation. But, no, did not even see me. Did not feel appreciated for the business or respected as a long-time patient of over 30 years.

1st time here. I was referred here for an extraction. Everything went well! The staff was friendly and helpful, detailed my costs/insurance with me. The dentist was careful with my pain management. Relatively pain free procedure and feeling great 2 days later! Highly recommended!

I have been going to Drakeshire Dental for a long time. I have always been treated fairly, and have always been pleased with my Dental work. They are very good with pain management, and are respectful and orderly. The new Dentist is great!! I highly recommend him.

This is by far the best dental office I have been to. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Dr. Najar is very gentle and didn't cause me any pain. Throughout the process of getting an implant and crown. 5 star service!!!

I dont know how this place got 5 stars.. I had an emergency and told them I didn't have a bunch of money to spend. I got there and they recommended a root canal. I told them I didn't have the money and the lady actually began being extremely rude and saying "don't you have family that can help?" "I lowered the price, can't someone help you pay for it?" I didnt have anyone to help. I ended up being pressured into getting a care credit credit card, and charged $2,000 for the root canal. I just wish they would've told me that they couldn't help me unless I had the money up front instead of embarrassing me in front of other people.

This is a great dental practice. From the minute you enter, the staff will take care of you. Stress free experience and appointments are soon. Hardly ever more than a few days until the next one .
