Michael G. Dragon, D.D.S. grew up in Slidell, La. and he is a graduate from Pope John Paul II High School. Then he went on to graduate from LSU and LSU School of Dentistry. After dental school, he completed a General Practice residency in Columbia, South Carolina at Palmetto Richland Memorial Hospital. During his residency, Dr. Dragon gained experience in IV Conscious Sedation and used these techniques to keep his patients relaxed for anxiety purposes.

I had a dental emergency during the corona 19 pandemic. I called the practice multiple times and went to the location where they had a sign on the front door to call the same number I've been calling for emergencies. I never received a phone call from the practice. In the past I wondered about a couple of procedures that he recommended and when I went to the new dentist he said all was fine other than the emergency I had. In the past the dentist recommended Several procedures be performed, the new dentist said all was fine. I recently spoke to another person about this dentist and they had similar concerns. /
