Dr. Joyce Tse attended the University of California, Berkeley as an undergraduate, and then studied at the University of California, San Francisco Dental School where she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. She has enjoyed practicing family and cosmetic dentistry in the Bay Area since 1991.
Dr. Tses desire to provide patients with the highest quality of care led to the construction of a new facility, Dragon Dental Group. Started in 2002, this state-of-the-art office is equipped with the latest in technological advancements necessary to provide excellence in dentistry and, of course, patient comfort.
Dr. Tse successfully completed many advanced dental trainings and she regularly attends seminars and classes featuring the latest in dental technology and procedures. Dr. Tse is a member of American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Alameda County Dental Society. Dr. Tse is also a Diplomate of International Congress of Oral Implantologists and Diplomate of American Dental Implant Association.
Dr. Tiffany Tse is a Bay Area native, having grown up in San Francisco and later moving with her family to the East Bay. She earned her undergraduate degree at University of California, San Diego, her Master of Science in Microbiology from Cal Poly SLO, and her Doctorate of Dental Medicine at Western University of Health Sciences in greater Los Angeles. She returned home to complete additional training with a focus on dental surgery in a general practice residency at VA Northern California. Here, she helped many local Bay Area veterans achieve their desired smiles through advanced dental technologies and procedures.
Dr. Saradi grew up in Portland Oregon, where she attended Portland State University and received her Bachelors of Science and Minor in Biology. She completed her dental education at Oregon Health and Sciences University and received her Doctorates in Dental Medicine. She moved to the Bay Area and has practiced dentistry here ever since.
Dr. Eric Cheung finished his undergraduate degree at the University of California, Berkeley before pursuing his professional career at the University of California, San Francisco where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery.

I've been a patient for 20+ years and can't say enough how wonderful Dragon Dental is. I've experienced other dentists when we moved out of state for several years and none were as good. Dr.Tse is an amazing and thoughtful dentist. Anna who is the lead hygienist is one of a kind. I've referred other patients over the years and they are just as happy. Give this dental team a try.

First of all, the pros, they have one of the state of the art X-Ray machine. I really like it. Dr Joyce Tse is very professional. She explains what're the next steps in a detailed manner. Cons: after the initial X-Ray at the machine stated above. There is another step of X-Ray and excessive picture takings with propping kits stuck in your mouth that are uncomfortable. Worst than that is the cost for deep-cleaning is exorbitant, which is coming out from copays. Plus, I don't know why there is a crowning appointment that would cost nearly 2K out of pocket. Plus, the receptionist seems to hate the customers for many lives (not exaggerating) and being incredibly impolite and would yell at customers. Her name is Flora. I know she won't get fired. I know they are very understaffed. But I really don't like patients like myself should be willing to get tortured and pay a high price for subpar services.

I can't say enough to recommend Dr. Joyce Tse and her staff at Dragon Dental, where I've been a patient for more than 10 years. EVERY person who works there is highly skilled, meticulous, conscientious, thorough, patient, careful, and kind. They're so attentive that you feel you're their only patient. If you have a unique problem, they'll listen closely to your concerns, apply the latest technology, and persevere until they find a solution. I can't imagine greater skills or higher standards. Dragon Dental is a model practice.

Very good visit with Nancy and the American doctor whose name I forgot. Nice, professional, great advice, and what a top notch high tech equipment. too.. I would go back any day.

I visited the office yesterday 8/29 for a filling. This is my second filling done in my lifetime. I had a filling done 20yrs ago and I didn't remember what it felt like. The Dr. was gentle and explained every part of the procedure. I was nervous and scared and she made me feel comfortable and safe. When my treatment was finished I felt no pain and the anesthesia wore off in time for lunch. It was just the right amount of anesthesia. I'm still happy with the service and professionalism Dragon Dental provides and will continue to recommend family and friends.

The staff were so kind and helpful. Very happy to find such a wonderful dentist in Oakland. I had an emergency and they were able to see me same day, explained a few different options, and fixed the problem.

Fantastic dental office. I never have to wait for my scheduled apt. time which is very much appreciated. The entire staff is super helpful and help calm me (I have major anxiety around dental work) and always explain my insurance coverage and any out of pocket expenses so I feel like I'm totally in control of my treatment plan.
