I absolutely love the staff at this office! I have severe dental anxiety and the team has been so accommodating,understanding and empathetic. Specifically a shoutout to Sandra! She's awesome! Super sweet and fantastic at her job! Always makes me feel incredibly comfortable. I would highly suggest going to this dentist office. 10/10 experience.

The Office is modern, and, the people who run it are friendly, helpful and kind. Dr Lui is fantastic. He has saved teeth that were in bad shape. The best dentist I have ever seen!

I just got out from an appointment and can't complain at all. Dr.Sandra did a great job with no pain whatsoever no the scared feeling people get when visiting the dentist, some dentists are rough as hell lol. Great job 5 stars .

My visit with Sandra an Doctor Kevin was amazing ! Sandra the Hygienist for my cleaning, she cleaned my teeth so well, I could see an a feel the difference. An doctor Kevin was very nice an helpful an so understanding. I feel very comfortable, Thank you guys!! Can't wait for my next visit :)

Dr Kelvin is great and all the staff are so nice. I went with my 2 month old baby and I was never worried for a second because they took good care of him while I was being taken care of. Thank you Dracut Family Dentistry.

Update: I was unable to keep my appointment due to short staffing at work. I have been working with only Sundays off and I forgot about the appointment. They had sent me a text to confirm but no way to cancel and I was at work during their office hours. I managed to sneak a call the day before while I was in the office and I was panicked. The young lady told me not to worry about it and that I was all set. I thanked her and moved on. Here I am 30 days later and I receive a bill for 50.00. When I called the office the woman told me I signed a consent form. (Um of course I did more than a year BEFORE this incident) I said OK but the girl I spoke with told me I was all set? I was told I only gave 17 hours notice and they require 48. I let them know that they just lost a patient. I wonder if I lied and said I was sick if that policy still applies?? Either way I should have been informed when I called to cancel and I would have happily paid the 50.00 even though I would not have agreed to it. To send me an ebill 30 days later and then be smug about it when I call to inquire is not right.
