After receiving a bachelors and masters degree in Biology at Geogia State University University, I was honored to be admitted to the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry. After dental school, I was accepted as a resident to train to become a Pediatric Dentist at Lutheran Medical Center. During this training, I was able to learn how to care for children and their dental needs from excellent attendings. Working in such a populated city, I saw and treated many emergency patients. I believe that this practice is not just a dental office, but a dental home to all my patient friends. Any concern a parent may have is a concern of mine. I have been fortunate enough to meet many different children and their families, each one unique and special, and I learned something new from each one. Pediatric dentistry is such a beautiful specialty for the fact that although the treatment process is the same for all, each child is unique and needs to be catered to them specifically.

Comprehensive Childrens Dentistry. Our warm, caring and attentive dental team provides a wide range of childrens dental treatments to ensure that your child will develop and maintain beautiful, healthy teeth. With proper and consistent dental treatment, we can not only help to prevent cavities in the future, but also teach your child good habits that will last them a lifetime!
We offer calming dental sedation options. We can administer an oral or nitrous oxide sedative to relax your child before performing any restorative dental procedure. Safe and effective, Oral Sedation allows your child to remain awake and aware, but their anxiety will be reduced for any dental procedure.
Free parking in our open lot. We live and work in the Atlanta metro area too, so we know that parking garages can be inconvenient at times, especially when you have children with you! Skip the parking garages, we offer free parking in our open lot. Our office is handicap accessible.
Parents welcome to accompany their children through treatment. Parents can be as involved as they would like to be. Although Dr. Z encourages self independence to help promote growth and development, we do have an open door policy for parents to come back. Our purpose is to gain your childs confidence and overcome any apprehension.
Emergencies welcome. We make our best effort to see emergency patients in the same day. If your child is experiencing a dental emergency, please call our office at (404) 937-3888, and take a minute to read our Dental Emergency Information for Parents.
One-doctor practice. Tired of the big practices where it seems like you see a different doctor each time you visit? At our practice, all of our patients see Dr. Z, so that he can build a trusting and personalized relationship with his patients.
Financial Options. Insurance is welcomed and accepted at our practice. We are in-network with several Dental PPO plans. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and offer Patient Financing through CareCredit.

Cannot recommend or praise this place enough. My son is autistic and very scared of the dentist. Maxine and Dr. Z. were absolutely outstanding with him. This was the first good dental experience we've ever had. The staff makes everything fun and comfortable for the kids and they are incredibly accommodating. I won't be going anywhere else but here for my son's dental needs.

Dr.Z and his staff are so accommodating and make our kids feel so comfortable! All the special touches from the toy prizes, to the TV's on the ceiling and the cool sunglasses when the light is on, they are so thoughtful. They make the dentist fun!

Dr. Z and his whole staff are so kind and understanding. They get the job done but take it at the child's pace. We continue to have the best experiences seeing the dentist with our 3 year old and 2 year old!

Where do I start? From the time you walk through the door til the time you leave nothing but happy faces. Very professional staff. Dr. Z is the best hands down. He's always happy and his bed side manners with the kids is amazing. We love A to Z.

Nice clean facility, however the rules are a bit much. My husband and I Have TWO children. One who is afraid of the dentist and the other one who is only 3 years old. I understand 1 parent per child rule. But if you have multiple kids, bring your spouse to console the other child isn't allowed. I wouldn't suggest this place, unless your kids are older or you only have one child. It's like you have to choose which kid to console, while your spouse can't even sit in the lobby. I can't imagine a family booking an appointment for 3 or more kids and one parent having to hold down all three at the same time. This is my second visits. My 3 year old last time had a great visit, and my 5 year old wouldn't let them finish last time , hints to why we are back because I had to choose which one to be with. It's a little annoying. update: when they told my husband he can't use his phone, ( I had some questions that I wanted him to ask the dentist.like how often should they be doing this and that, you know... cus both parents can't be in the office) your staff also told us you all had yet ANOTHER rule no phones!!!!! lol so yes, my husband SOFTLTY said this is some BS! your receptionist is the one who blew it up and yelled woah woah woah! lol sooo many rules here. by the way my husband doesn't even curse like that, that just goes to show you HOW MANY RULES THIS PLACE HAS. and you all obviously can take constructive criticism. deactivating my account. you all just want all positive feedback. my kids experience vs. what we went through are separate but thanks for deactivating my SONS account. no i rate the place a ZERO exactly you text us ONE PARENT PER CHILD !!! ( we have two kids, I can do math) So for those looking for a dentist: NOTE if you have two kids, tell ur spouse to wait in the car and write down their concerns for y'all Kids. Cus you can't even call ur spouse! NO PHONES. It's laughable

I want to start by saying we used to love coming to this office. It was inviting and the doctor seemed to take a lot of care. That was all until our most recent appointment. The waiting room has changed from a kid friendly environment to your standard cold dentist office waiting room. The front desk staff are more cold and un-accommodating, my daughter (7) even mentioned "I guess they hired new people and those people aren't as friendly". The only thing that has upgraded this to 2 stars are the hygienist who made my daughter feel at ease. We had a great experience with our hygienist and I thought things were turning around. That was until Dr. Z arrived. He proceeded to ask my daughter if she wanted to see her X-rays, she did and while he was still talking she got excited and made a statement about her teeth. He proceeded to tell her not to interrupt him. Then while still completing the exam he began to reprimand me for "missing too many appointments". For context we have been going to Dr.Z since 2017. My file had stated that we had missed 3 appointments, two in the same month of spring in 2021 (due to Covid) and 1 this year that was actually rescheduled (and rescheduled fee paid) due to an impromptu school engagement. I tried to clarify that I don't make it a habit of missing appointments and that it was strange this was being brought up now but was dismissed. Which I thought was strange coming from a dentist we originally admired. I attempted to notify the front desk of how uncomfortable this made me they proceeded to make excuses for the Doctors behavior. Stating "well I wasn't back there" and when I tried to explain what happened I was told "well you were 3 minutes late to your appointment today so that may be the reason for his behavior" We have been patients for 5 years and have never had an experience like this. And after seeing the other most recent review I don't see any signs of improvement coming in the future We won't be returning, but I do look forward to finding a new dental home that cares for patients and parents a like.

Hands down the most unprofessional dentist ever! I would never take my child to him! He told my child she would not be seen today because something I said to him over eight years ago! Talk about not being a professional! What adult does this to a 15 month old! Taking it out on a child! Shame on Zeyed! You should be embarrassed! I hope your child never has to encounter someone like you! Stay away!! Far far far away!!

I love this office! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. When making the appointment the staff was pleasant and accommodating. I arrived early for their appointment and only waited a few minutes. The hygienist was gentle and quick with their cleanings. The tv's on the ceilings is genius because it helped keep my kids calm during their cleaning. Last, but not least, Dr. Z is awesome. He acknowledged all of us with high fives and hugs!! If you're not a hugger I still suggest coming because of the overall experience and professionalism of everyone!!!
