I've been seeing dr Kevin Zeng for 2 years, to date. Each cleaning is done by the doctor himself. He's super gentle and always answers all my questions patiently. He doesn't rush though the cleanings but does a great job, each time. The receptionist is always pleasant to me over the phone and in person. A month ago, I had my upper right wisdom tooth extracted. It's my last one and I was having anxiety over whether I needed to go to an oral surgeon and be under anesthesia. But because I didn't want to wait for this wisdom tooth to cause potential pain, I bit the bullet and scheduled it for Dr. Zeng to extract it. My wisdom tooth was 1/3 grown out and I don't know if it was impacted or not. Day of extraction: I was nervous and worried but he reassured me that if I felt any pain or discomfort to raise my hand and let him know. The extraction probably took less than 10 minutes and surprisingly my tooth came out intact! I was genuinely surprised but relieved it was over. He asked if I wanted to keep my tooth and I said yes. He also prescribed me OTC pain killers and now, 2-3 weeks later, the hole is healing fine and no recovery issues. Thank you doctor for a smooth extraction process!

Terrible experience I was the first appointment and he came in one hour late the cleaning was rushed and not a full kleaning the staff not very friendly will not go back

Dr. Zeng is a soft spoken sweet dentist, he was the first dentist to let me know how fillings and baby teeth work. He said it's common for a filling on baby teeth to fall off, since they move and are softer. My daughter had a bad experience with another dentist so she is afraid of the dentist. Dr. Zeng was re-assuring throughout the cleaning and filling process. He let her know what to expect every step of the way. Really nice dentist. We know now why it takes so long to get an appointment with him. Very nice staff as well.

Dr. Zeng Dental Office is nice and clean. The staff there is friendly and helpful. Dr. Zeng is completely trustworthy. He is willing to spend time answering questions and addressing concerns. I've been very happy with the results of my dental procedures at his office.

Dr. Zeng Dental Office is nice and clean. The staff there is friendly and helpful. Dr. Zeng is completely trustworthy. He is willing to spend time answering questions and addressing concerns. I've been very happy with the results of my dental procedures at his office.

Terrible. 1. The receptionist/hygienist assistant was eating pork skins while checking me in and handed me my papers with the same hand she was eating with. 2. Non of the X-ray tools were covered in plastic. Normally this process includes covering the X-ray tools with little plastic bags for hygienic reasons. In general the office was clean but dingy and dimly lit. 2. He rushed the cleaning (20 minutes tops) and did not offer fluoride. When he was done he got up and told me to rinse my mouth in the sink that was attached to the chair and walked away. That was it. No napkin to wipe my face, no talk about my teeth. He walked into another room that I could see him from and stood there on his phone. 3. The receptionist/dental hygienist walks in tells me I'm done and it's time to make a follow up appointment. At this point I am putting my coat on and she is cleaning up. I asked to see a bathroom before I finished up and she told me it was in the hall. I went to the bathroom to find that I'd had all of the white tooth cleaning material all over my face! They rushed me out and pushed for me to make a follow up appointment without properly finishing the tooth cleaning that I scheduled. 4. When i can back from the bathroom i did not receive any receipt, paper work, instructions or information about my appointment. I was told that I could leave. So I don't know what was done to my teeth or what materials were used. Still, my teeth do not have that " new teeth cleaning feel" that I usually experience after a cleaning. This was my first time there and I would not recommend anyone go there unless you just don't care.

I've been coming to Dr Zeng for more than 3 years, even before he opened up his own practice. This new location is bright and spacious, at the heart of Chinatown. Dr Zeng was recommended to me by my friend, and he has been as amazing as my friend told me. He is extremely patient and gentle - I have two root canals done by Dr Zeng and there has not been any irritation or discomfort at all. Every time I go have my check up he always patiently reminds me tips about oral health and chat with me about my general well being. I have also recommended Dr Zeng to a few of my friends and they all love him.

Dr. Zeng has been my primary dentist even before he opened up his own practice. Fortunately his office still accepts my insurance! Every time I need to come in, everything is easy to deal with. I usually don't have to wait more than ten minutes before going in and the shows they play on television is definitely entertaining. Dr. Zeng did not rush through my dental cleaning and fillings and gave a thorough explanation before starting anything. He has amazing hand skills and the procedure was painless.
