Dr Fan and his team are professional, personable, and courteous. I am grateful for Dr Fan and his team's compassionate care through a trying situation. For the first time, I arrive and leave a dentist's office with a smile. Special shout-out to Maggie for being so accommodating with scheduling

The reason I took the time to write this review is because I saw some of the other reviews and I have had a completely different experience. As a business person I understand that peoples time is valuable. It is not the good Dr's fault that someone had to stay late at work. On another note, in my life, if I don't like someone and don't want to see them, I don't. It doesn't matter if I will lose money by making that decision, my happiness is worth more than money. My family and I have been a patients of Dr. Fan for as long as I can remember. I have referred numerous people to Dr. Fan and they all kept him as their dentist and have been quite happy. I recently was going to change insurance providers through work, but decided not to because I would have had to switch to a different dentist. Dr. Fan is not only a great dentist, but is a great person. He is always laughing at my jokes (which usually aren't very funny) and always has a smile on his face. His entire staff is great and for the first time in my life I don't cringe at having to go to the dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Fan to anyone who is in need of a great dentist.

Dr. Yunfei Fan is barely worth a star! Like another reviewer (below), I,, too, got "fired" as a patient at thte time of my first visit. The DDS did not even have the courtesty to introduce himself to me on entering an exam cubicle that offers no provacy. To his question, "Do you have any condition that I should know about?, I answered, "I get anxious in a dentist's office setting. Also I prefer shortt-acting novocaine without epinephrine because epinephrine gives me anxiety attacks.,," (which is a known side-effect of epinephrine; novocaine can be used without epihephrine very easily)., The DDS immediately drew back and labeled me as being a "special needs patient " and stated that he has 5,000 patients and does not "need" me as a patient. He told me that I should go to a dentist who can provide for "special needs", but he could not (rather, would not),) not offer a referral to someone who might help me. "You'll have to find one on your own," he stated, uncaring.. After a quick examination, he dismissed me without so much as an "I'm sorry.." I strongly recommend that potential patients go elsewhere for their dentistry needs..Dr. Yunfei Fan certainly does not "need" you as a patientt!

Dr. Fan was very helpful. His cleaning service were quick and painless. I also had a cavity that he was able to fix and everything went smooth. His staff is very friendly and helpful in planning out appointments. I highly recommend coming here and I plan on having him as my dentist for many years to come.

Our family of five just established care with Dr. Yunfei Fan. What a joke!!! My husband got stuck at work and was unable to make his first appointment/cleaning. I called in as soon as i knew he wasn't able to make it and was informed he would have to find a new dentist!! Myself and my three children have already been seen there and will also be finding a new dentist. I find it ridiculous that one person missing an appointment would lead them to such extreme measures. I've never been "kicked out" of any kind of doctors office! Their willingness to lose not one but five patients is scary! I'm glad they showed their true colors early! Off to find a real dentist now.

I have been seeing Dr. Fan for years and had a root canal surgery done in his office a few days ago. Dr. Fan combines his excellent professional expertise with a caring heart. He has genuine concern for the well-being of his patients and I am grateful.
