I have been practicing dentistry since 2003. Prior to that, I had the privilege of working as a hygienist for five years; but I knew my passion was to change peoples lives and make a difference in their smile. My brother, Quan Le, was the first dentist in my family and I wanted to follow his footsteps.
I worked at several offices as a hygienist, then as an associate under my older brother and other dentists in northern Virginia. To continue providing optimal care to our patients, I tried to continue the same moto to take care of our patients first and our staff.
I have a strong interest in cosmetic dentistry and always strive to accomplish the best results for my patients. For several years, I have undergone extensive training in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. I enjoy taking up additional hands-on training courses in implant placement at the Zimmer Institute, full-mouth restoration at the Las Vegas Institute (LVI), Chao Pinhole Surgical Technique (PST) at Alhambra Dental Group/St. Alhambra, CA and Oral and IV sedation at The New York State Education Department of Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York.

After years of struggling to find a great dentist, I was referred to Dr. Lee's office. Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Lee himself are so professional. My whole life I have struggled with anxiety was going to the dentist and I am so happy with this practice.

When I was looking for a place to get my wisdom teeth removed, two different dentists told me to get all four out with little explanation besides that "everyone should." Dr. Yen Le is a elementary school friend of my dads, so we decided to consult with him, and I am a very nervous person when it comes to procedures and my first visit with him was great. The place and staff make you feel very comfortable, and Dr. Yen Le does a really good job at making sure his patients feel taken care of even before he does any work. The actual surgery was very easy, he was very careful with me and made sure I was comfortable the whole way through and even afterwards by keeping in contact with us. He was easy to reach whenever I had a problem, and a few days after the surgery when I was in pain he made sure to have me come in to make sure everything was okay and it was. He is a very kind person and I have never felt more taken care of by a doctor! He and his staff do a really great job and whenever I need to get a tough dental procedure done again I will 100% trust him to the t the job done. If you want a comfortable and kind environment and doctor, this is the place for you. Ignore the bad reviews, this was all from personal experience. Thank you guys!

Well run professional office with excellent customer service and staff. Their front desk receptionists make you feel like you are part of the family-very warmth and welcoming. Highly recommend Dr. Le's dental Office, will definitely return for more dental care.

I have been a patient here for a while and I have only had the best experience with the entire staff! Front desk has been extremely polite and helpful with my family's treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. Le and the the entire team for your family's dental needs!

The experience at this office was great. The front desk was very polite and the service was outstanding. I would definitely recommend going to Dr. Le's office and I would without a doubt come back here 6 months later.

My entire family are patients of Dr. Le. He is an excellent dentist that provides excellent dentistry while maintaining a sense of humor (to keep you at ease). His staff is absolutely AMAZING. The front desk works with well with insurance companies, and are always helpful and professional to the patients. I have, and will continue to HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

The staff are accommodating and wicked friendly. Great care was given to make sure I was comfortable receiving my few fillings last visit. With other dentist I could never get numbed properly before the procedure. No problems with Dr. Le. In my experience he is the most knowledgeable Dr. I have seen yet. I've been a patient for 5 years. Dr. Le is the 3rd and final dentist I have seen and settled with in the DMV area.

I have been a patient of Dr. Yen V. Le for as long as he has been practicing dentistry. A previous dentist gave injections of anesthesia hard and fast, not giving the tissue time to accommodate the swelling. It was extremely uncomfortable and often painful. I have NEVER experienced this with Dr. Le. He is very gentle, careful, and doesn't make you feel like he's in a rush to be somewhere else. The office is always clean, and the office staff, hygienists, and dental assistants are all, without fail, friendly, courteous, polite, and professional. I am extremely hard on my teeth since I clench and grind while sleeping. Because of this I cracked teeth and shattered fillings resulting in root canals, crowns, extractions, bridges, and implants. When I need an emergency appointment, Sandy and Ann have always accommodated me by squeezing me into the schedule as soon as possible, many times on the same day. When in need of extra dental work outside of a cleaning I always receive a written quote for what my insurance will cover and any remaining cost for which I am responsible. If there is a problem, whether with insurance or an actual procedure, they will make it right for the patient. I feel that their priorities are a stress-free, pain-free, and fear-free experience for the patient. You can't ask for anything better than that! I highly and without reservation recommend Dr. Yen V. Le and his associates. On a scale of 0-5, they're a 10.
