Dr. Joe Gross and his team are amazing! I chipped my 2 front teeth and they got me in right away and looking good as new!

Dr. Woody is so patient, explains everything very well and takes his time before, during and after his procedures to make sure you are comfortable and happy every step of the way! His staff is amazing too!! I had a lot of anxiety heading in to my appt but Megan turned it all around within minutes of my arrival. I would recommend this dentist to all of my family and friends!! 5 STARS

This has got to be THE BEST DENTIST EVER! This place is top-notch - super friendly, very clean and comfortable, Dr. Woody is amazing and truly cares about each and every one of his patients. I will never go anywhere else but here - I have told sooooo many people about this place!

The best dentist and staff I have ever been to. I have always been afraid of going to the dentist due to past experiences but they make me feel very much at ease. We have had several issues that required immediate care and they have always went out of their way to help us.

Writing a review on behalf of my boyfriend--he has avoided the dentist for years but finally found this place who was willing to help him get his teeth back in a great condition! They have been excellent from his first appointment where they were able to work him right before the holidays as he was in so much pain. They made a plan that works with him and work and also to make him comfortable. He also mentions how wonderful the staff is and I would second that!!

If you are looking for a dentist office with an awesome culture, one that is very friendly and delivers excellent customer service, look no further! I highly recommend HomeTown Dental for all of your dental needs. It is a privately owned dental practice in O'Fallon. Dr Woody is very friendly, informative and delivers excellent care. Everyone that I encountered from my initial call to schedule until the time I checked out were so friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and most of all very comforting! I also never felt pressured to purchase optional products or services which is always a bonus! This office is incredibly clean, timely and has social distancing down to a science! Cannot say enough great things about this practice. Go see for yourself!

Dr. Woody is amazing! I have never had such a great experience at the dentist before coming here. Everyone there is genuinely concerned for your well-being and will do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable. I went in for a procedure, and Dr. Woody explained everything to me before it was done, checked in with me continuously throughout the appointment to make sure I was okay, and most importantly performed excellent dental work. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

My family and I just moved here about a year ago and we needed to find a dentist in the area. I signed my family up to have our check ups with Dr. Woody. He was awesome! So nice, explained what he was going to do, answered all my questions, we have a 8 year old and she felt so welcome and comfortable in the chair, they have tvs for you to watch while they clean your teeth. They even let my daughter pick something out from the toy chest at the end. If your looking for an office that is very friendly and quick to answer your questions and gets you in on time, I highly recommend Hometown dental and Dr. Woody him and the whole staff are so friendly.

Finding a gentle and caring dentist is hard to find these days. Dr Gross and staff are amazing! Last week I had a cleaning by Pam and she was very friendly, this week I had to have a simple dental procedure and didn't feel a thing, didn't even feel the shot! Front desk girls are very friendly and greet you with a smile, offer a bottle water and make sure you feel at home. Definatley living up to the name of Hometown Dental! Comfortable couches and tv in the waiting room , and TV's in each exam room. I have never had an experience that would lead me to recommend a dentist, now I definitely will.

Just had my check up with Dr. Joe Gross. Amazing office, staff and Dentist's. You feel at home the minute you walk in the door with the living room style waiting room and very friendly greeting. Had a very good experience and for the first time in my life I'm looking forward to my next appointment. I've never felt so comfortable and cared for. Really thorough check up.

My experience at HomeTown Dental was hands down the most pleasant experience that I have ever had in dentistry! Everyone that I encountered from my initial phone call to schedule until the time I checked out were so friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and most of all so very comforting! I am so thankful for Kelly doing an amazing job cleaning my teeth and for Dr. Woody doing such a thorough check and informing me that I had a fractured tooth. My crown appointment yesterday was one that I was a little anxious and nervous about, but I was quickly comforted when I met Dr. Joe & Dawn. Dr. Joe was so gentle and they both made sure I was doing good the entire time. Not feeling the anesthesia being administered was also a huge plus!!! I highly recommend HomeTown Dental!!! Dr. Woody, Dr. Joe and their phenomenal staff all get 5 stars from me!!!!!
