No one LOVES going to the dentist, right? Well, if you have to go (and you do!), go see Dr. Bueschgen. The hygienists are all super nice and gentle with the pokers, and Dr. B. is easygoing and very knowledgeable. Best of all, he doesn't force treatments on you if you don't really need them. Office staff is terrific and welcoming and if you need help navigating the insurance and billing parts, Lou is the best. Highly recommend!

I have been going here for a few years and the staff is wonderful. We've used insurance and paid cash, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality care you receive. I've interacted with Dr. Bueschgen and Dr. Turner and they explain everything and answer any questions you have, and have great general bedside manner. Also, their hygienist Victoria is amazing at her job. 10/10 dentist office.

I have been seeing Dr. Bueschgen for nearly 15 years now and can't say enough good things about this practice. He and his staff have been amazing from day one and continue to provide the absolute best care! HIGHLY recommend!!

Our family has been seeing Dr. Bueschgen and his amazing staff for almost 5 years since moving to Charleston from NC. I think most people dread trying to become established with new physicians and/or dentists when relocating. His entire staff are so welcoming and pleasant, and Dr. Bueschgen will never pressure you into unnecessary dental work. You know that feeling ... "I don't want to go to the dentist because I'm afraid of what they will find." He simply tells you what he sees and discusses different scenarios or options. I have never left his office feeling like I was pressured to make an immediate decision. Cleanings are gentle and the overall atmosphere is calm.

Nobody LOVES the dentist, but I love my dentist. From the friendly and easy check-in to the cheerful and attentive hygienists to Dr. B himself, this office is terrific. They do their best to get in and out quickly, they answer questions thoroughly, and they never push unnecessary (or uncovered) treatment plans. Two thumbs up.

I don't typically write reviews, but this business certainly deserves an outstanding one from me, and it has been a long time coming. I have been a patient of Dr Bueschgen's for over five years after my wife recommended him as well as his great staff. Full disclosure - I have over 30 years of customer service training experience, and I currently teach customer service-related classes. My personal shopping perspective is that I obviously conduct business to acquire the good or service needed, but the service component weighs heavily with me. I think that every single dental technician with Dr Bueschgen has cleaned my teeth at one point, and all of them have been fast, competent as well as warm and friendly. This is actually the only medical office that I've ever gone to that consistently is ready for me within a few minutes of my arrival. At my appointment earlier this week, Amanda was so outstanding in her professionalism and demeanor that I felt it appropriate to mention her name here. Customer service-oriented businesses typically "Map the Path" of the customer throughout the customer's interaction with the business. Website, parking lot, front door, restrooms, and staff competency, knowledge, empowerment - all of it should be reviewed and focused upon to ensure a smooth customer experience by fixing as many potential issues as possible before they even happen. Frankly, there's nothing that I could recommend to Dr Bueschgen and his team to tweak in order to be better than they currently are. They have worked hard to earn my family's business, and I look forward to bringing my children to them when they are old enough.
