I have seen Dr Chan twice over several years for a root canal on different teeth. He is excellent! No pain. Very professional ! His staff is great. He is dedicated to doing a good job and making sure you are comfortable. Thank you Dr Chan!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr.Chan office. He was able to see me right away when I needed a second opinion about a tooth issue. Very clean office space,knowledgeable gentle,and meticulous.He had the latest technology and everyone who worked there was very nice and friendly and provided a relaxing environment.I highly recommend him and will refer him to anyone who needs endodontic work. very happy with high quality services I received . Nice doctor for root canal. Quick identification of the cause, left with options/choice to decide without forcing/compelling to go with the treatment. Completed the root canal without any discomfort quickly. Friendly staff and cooperative for the request

The attitude of the front desk lady is very rude. I would suggest them to replace that person with a different person who is capible of handling customer service.

Had a terrible experience there. The doctor is so mean and rude. I have a crown on thee that I need a root canal, and I provided my X-ray from my general dentist within a week. However, he still wants me to do another one, then told me my insurance doesn't cover that part, so I have to pay out of pocket.

The nurses and staff are all very professional but the Doctor was surprisingly rude and impatient. I can't help gaging during X-ray session and the doctor snapped me right away and accused me as the reason for my previously unsuccessful root canal from other dentist just because I can't hold off for a clear picture. Later on, I feel something blocking my throat and suffocating me. I indicate that I can't breath somehow but the doctor completely ignored and being sarcastic said my nose is still there. Before the procedur, I already told the doctor that I tend to lock my jaws while he confirms that my jaws won't lock. After the proverture, I can't close my mouth. All in all, I can't feel any sympathy or respect to the patient from this Dr Chan and I will never visit his practice ever again.

I went in for a consultation two days ago. It's my first time visit Doctor Chan. He is professional and provide me honest suggestions. He is quite straight forward but I prefer honest suggestion instead of fancy words. Save my time and money. Staff are generally nice and helpful. A lady who work in front desk maybe quite straight forward too but no harm I can feel she just want to get everything done for all patients. I will come back whenever I needed!

The front desk and the techs are very pleasant and wonderful manners , very welcoming Dr. Wing Chan not so nice , rude , no bedside manners . Lacks of professionalism. Very rough.

Dr. Chan is one of the best endodontists in Montgomery County. He uses state of the art research-based techniques and has taken care of me and our patients for over 30 years. I trust his judgment and appreciate all of his care. He and his team are excellent.

Upon walking into the office I was already a little nervous, this was the second time I needed this procedure, the first time was 10+ years ago and I still remember how awful the pain was. The ladies in the front were extremely nice, it wasn't until I met Dr. Chan that my experience took a turn for the worse, He had asked me if I had my referral paper, I told him no and before I could tell him my dentist sent it over electronically his response, in a very disrespectful way was "why are you here then?" I was thrown back by how rude he was. He did not make me feel welcomed or comfortable from our initial interaction all the way up until the end of my procedure. From the beginning to the end he rushed and was really rough, needless to say I will not be returning for further work.

Love Dr. Chan and his staff. They treated my tooth the very same day I called and explained how much pain I was in. Everyone in the office is super professional and very nice. Dr. Chan is very experienced and great at what he does. Even my regular dentist said the root canal was beautiful!! I would highly recommend!

Very attentive to the medication prescribed including detailed warnings and things to be cautious about. The entire team was excellent. Painless root canal.

Told him the antibiotic I was on was giving me stomach problems so he prescribed me a medication with even more common side effects of nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and sometimes the symptoms can continue for 4-6 weeks after finishing the antibiotic. Experiencing all of them at the moment and have been since beginning the antibiotic. Thanks for that.
