Dr. Francis' office was able to fit me in for a damaged tooth extraction within hours of my call. This was key as I had been in great pain for about three days. My other referral quoted about 1 month. His office was a godsend. Staff was very friendly and the doc himself took great care of me. Highly recommend! I will be referring all my friends and family to him from now on.

Dr. Francis and his staff are so kind. They helped me immediately after being told by another practice I had to wait two weeks with two cracked and infected teeth. I would highly recommend him. Thank you Dr Francis and your amazing staff.

I had a good experience with Dr. Francis. I had made an appointment to have my bottom wisdom tooth extracted because it had been causing me tremendous pain for the last 3 weeks. They were able to squeeze me in if I was willing to do it with just local anesthesia. I told the receptionist that I could do that so long as I could have nitrous oxide as well. I showed up for my appointment and the nurse was a little curt and told me that nitrous oxide does not work with adults during this type of procedure. Because I am terrified of oral surgery, I started crying because I was in such pain but was too scared to do it with just Novocain. When Dr. Francis came in, he said he would squeeze me in with general anesthesia and also remove my top two wisdom teeth as well. Those had not come in yet and were not causing me any trouble. About an hour later, I was able to have my teeth removed. Dr. Francis did a good job of calming my nerves. I am now 4-days post-op and in no pain.

The best experience I have ever had at the worst place possible. I would rather face a pack of hangry pit bulls than go to the dentist. But...doc Francis and his staff made my appointment extremely bearable. They got me, a new patient, in the office almost immediately, they were polite, efficient and caring. My procedure was accomplished with little to no pain which being the big baby I am was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend doc Francis and his staff. The doc called me later in the day to check on me and that was very appreciated. Although I hope I never need to return to any dentist, if I have to it will be with doc Francis and his crew.

My oral surgery went off without a hitch. The entire team was friendly and helpful. Dr. Francis was very professional. He explained each each step and called after to see how things were going.

I called Dr Francis's office after an infuriating debacle with a different surgeon. I was looking to get a wisdom tooth extracted that had become infected and was very painful. The woman on the phone realized quickly that this was an emergency appointment and worked for some minutes to squeeze me in as soon as they could. She was excellent. When I got there the receptionist I worked with wasn't the best, but everyone else in the office was kind and just overall professional. Despite telling me on the phone that I might have to wait a while because they were squeezing me in, they got me in within minutes of my appointment time. The assistant was very matter of fact, which was ok because this tooth needed to come out of my face ASAP. I don't need someone to treat me like I'm signing their paycheck; I needed her to help me. And she did. The doctor came in and was straight to the point, telling me what to expect as far as pain, and what to say if I felt because I was NOT supposed to feel it. As he extracted my tooth he was very clear about what was happening, and told me the moment he got it out. He got the job done and I felt nothing while it happened. It took a very short amount of time, and he answered all of my, probably annoying , questions with no touch of annoyance at all. He told me I did well, and he knew I was scared. He notices things. The assistant went through all the go-home to-dos and answered all of my questions without trying to rush me. The kicker is this; later that night, the doctor himself called to check up on me and see how I was feeling, and see if the pain from the infection had gotten any better. I will be going to this dentist for the rest of my wisdom teeth, hopefully on my terms this time, and it was just a relieving, wonderful experience after a week of pain. Thanks doc!

Dr. Francis took me in on an emergency same day appointment. His bedside manor was so professional and calming. My cracked wisdom tooth came out quickly without any problems & I was on my way... I literally couldn't believe it. I would recommend Dr. Francis to anyone needing oral surgery, he's truly wonderful! His staff were all friendly and helpful too! Dr. Francis also personally called me in the evening to make sure I was ok.

Dr. Francis is an amazing oral surgeon. He has taken care of me several times. He is professional, caring and competent. He explains procedures and any concerns in detail including me in any decision making. After surgery he calls me at home to make sure I'm doing well. His office personnel are pleasant, caring and helpful. I know I can count on top notch care.

I cannot recommend Dr. Francis highly enough! I went to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Francis and the rest of the staff were so kind. I had a lot of anxiety about my surgery and everyone made me feel safe and comfortable. Dr. Francis and his staff are a special group of people. They truly go above and beyond for their patients and I'm so thankful for them!

I cannot even begin to tell you how WONDERFUL this Dr. Francis and his entire staff are. I was in massive pain and had a scheduled an extraction on November 13th. I called and explained my pain level and they got me in right away. In and out in less than an hour. Pulled the tooth and on my way. I think what really got me and the reason for this stellar review, is Dr. Francis called me personally tonight to see how I was doing. That speaks volumes of this practice.

I have used Dr. Francis' services numerous times over the past 10 years. He has done basic extractions, including extracting wisdom teeth and he has done some difficult extractions too. All of them were virtually painless. Dr. Francis and his staff are always friendly, professional and personable. He always calls me at home post procedure to check on me. He's an expert at numbing your mouth before a procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Francis for you, your family and your friends. I assure you, that you will be thankful you did!

Dr Francis was great. Novocain shot didn't hurt and worked within minutes. He removed a broken molar with no problem. I was done with everything within 15 minutes. No pain the next day. I highly recommend this oral surgeon.

Dr. Francis and his staff are no-nonsense, but they are professional. My wisdom teeth removal was completely painless (I don't remember a thing!), and I appreciated Dr. Francis following up with me post-surgery to ensure I was recovering well.
