About Dr. Baldassano Our practice was started in 1960 by Vincent F. Baldassano, DDS and grew when William Baldassano, DMD joined the team in 1987 after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Bill has the skills to do the finest quality dentistry in the area. We will always only do what we think is best for our patients. As a practice, we are true believers that preventative care and education are the keys to optimal dental health.
Our Technology We are brimming with the latest and greatest practical technology. Each year, we travel to New York to attend the largest Dental Convention in the United States in order to stay up to date on the advancements in dental technology and upgrade our own practice as needed.
Our Office Office hours include early morning and evening hours. We accept most insurances and can help you with other financial arrangements. For those with no insurance or poor coverage, we now have an Oral Health Savings Plan that our patients have found to be very beneficial. Check out our Savings Plan section or call and ask for Joy for additional information. We ensure a clean, efficient, and properly sterilized office environment at all times and we take pride in the modern, comfortable, and family oriented nature of our office.
We aim to provide dental health care vs. disease care. Prevention and education is key! Thats why we focus on thorough exams checking the overall health of your teeth and gums, performing oral cancer exams, and taking x-rays when necessary. Most dental problems such as dental disease (cavities and gum disease) are painless until the damage is already done. The standard recommendation is to visit twice a year for checkups and cleanings. We will determine the frequency that is best for you as an individual.
Your oral health is more important than you may realize. The health of your mouth, teeth, and gums, can affect your general health and overall wellbeing. Like many areas of the body, your mouth has A LOT of bacteria most of them harmless. Normally the bodys natural defenses and good oral healthcare, such as daily brushing and flossing, can keep these bacteria under control. However, without proper oral hygiene, bacteria can reach levels that might lead to oral infections, such as tooth decay and gum disease. In addition, certain medications such as decongestants, antihistamines, painkillers, and diuretics can reduce salivary flow. Saliva washes away food and neutralizes acids produced by bacteria in the mouth, helping to protect you from microbial invasion or overgrowth. Studies also suggest that oral bacteria and the inflammation associated with periodontitis a severe form of gum disease might play a role in some disease. So be proactive! Only place I will go for dentistry, excellent, compassionate care. Hands down the best. They treat you like you're part of the family. It's amazingly they can make crowns right in the office with a state of the art milling machine. Did cosmetic work on my wife with superb results. Thank you !

Dr. Will is so nice to look at, even after blowing up his bathroom because i had a little chinese food before he still effectively fixed my disgusting rotting teeth. <3 Will definitely be back just to look at this man

Always treated like family! Great care, used Dr Baldassano for braces for all 3 kids and all our dental needs. Trust them to make your dentist visit pleasant!

I have been a patient and have worked for Dr Baldassano for the last eight years. He is very kind and he truly appreciates his patients and staff. He really cares about providing the best care for his patients. He prioritizes educating his patient so they fully understand necessity of treatment and options they may have. When I started as a patient 8 years ago I was terrified to have treatment done. I had a terrible experience with a previous dentist. His patience and skill made all the difference. I honestly did not feel the needle..I am now happy to say, I am completely recovered from my severe phobia of sitting in the dental chair. Thanks to Dr Baldassano! If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend Dr Baldassano!

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr Baldassano. If anyone is looking for a new dentist for either themselves or their kids, this place is amazing! The office staff bent over backwards to accommodate my high maintenance 4 year old, was patient and kind, and absolutely amazing. Brought him brand new crayons and coloring books and even let him sit in the back. My 10 year old could not stop talking about how they are "the best dentist in the whole world"..They also have a play room filled with books and legos, they give kids toys, stickers, tooth brushes, and chapstick. They also give 5$ gift cards to Barnes and Noble if you show them your kids report card. The dentist is honest, had great bedside manner, is down to earth, and will not do any extra and unnecessary dental work. Two thumbs up for quality customer service and outstanding dental work!!!
