I bring residents from our senior living facility to Fountain View Dental on a regular basis and I am always impressed with the customer service we receive! The staff there go above and beyond to care for their patients!

You always go the extra mile to help my kids feel at ease and understand each tool and process. Thanks for helping them enjoy going to the dentist! That will help them for their whole lives!

Just came from my cleaning with a substitute hygenist named Rhonda. she, although only our first cleaning, made me feel as if we had known each other for years. Congratulations to Beth, by the way, on the boy!!! Fluent conversation, gentle handling, and of course, top of the line technological equipment for comfort all took place, like usual. I have considered going there for extra teeth cleanings in hopes of getting a back adjustment via the lumbar massage in the chair... :) Thank you, sincerely, Craig Swanson

Everyone in the office is amazing. I especially love the personalized service that I receive when I see Melissa. The Keurig is a great treat to have after getting my teeth cleaned :-) Free WiFi, free toothbrushes, and toothpaste and even a discount if you pay before your visit. They were amazing with donating many supplies for a trip to Guatemala!

Everyone here is extremely nice. They all said hi and introduced themselves to me. Got a small showing of the office on the way to my chair. Seemed a little over the top but I seen what they were going for. Sat in a massage chair with a nice view of a bird feeder and later found out there is a hawk that visits. After the checkup went into another room for a consultation and to schedule my next appointment...my cleaning. Could tell they took the time to really go over step by step the patient experience only real grip I had was not getting everything done in one visit. Did say it was because I was a new patient. I would visit again.

As always a great experiance! The entire staff from the Hyg-Melissa and Beth to the Assistants-Amy & Jan, to the Front Desk staff of April & Nancy. They all make your visit pleasant and enjoyable. Dr. Gaston is always thorough and understanding. And you can't beat the views of the pond and wildlife. I recommend Fountain View to everyone.

My dental hyngiest, every since I been there she has always been nice. They listen when I talk. They give me answers when I need and when i ask questions,When I paid before my visit I got a discount, which I appreciated! When I go for my appt. I dont have to sit and wait! Dr. Gaston is very courtous and a very kind gentleman, and always has been! when I have emegenices they get me in the same day or in the next day. I apprecaite that kind of service.I have a patient for years, and never had any regrets!

My wife recommended that I give Fountain View a try becuase of how much she enjoyed going there. The experience I had there was like no other dentist I had ever been too. Everything was state of the art and it allowed me to see and know exactly what was being done and why it was being done. The massaging dental chair and the beautiful scenery made the experience very calming and relaxing (not your typical dentist experience.). Dr. Gaston did an excellent job of explaining everything to me before he did it so I wasn't wondering what he was doing or why he was doing it. The hygenist Melissa was very personable and gave me a nice tour of the building. And the consultant Nancy also made me feel right at home. Overall when I left there I was blown away at my entire experience there. I will certainly be recommending Fountain View to anybody looking for a dentist.

Having avoided the dentist for over a decade it was very refreshing to witness firsthand the professional business atmosphere created by Dr. Gaston and his staff at Fountain View Family Dental. They take a very serious yet caring approach to dentistry and whole body health, through proper dental care and hygiene. Amy and Nancy were especially caring and informative to someone not real trilled about going to the dentist, hence the ten years between appointments. From state of the art equipment and excellent in chair care, to the exit appointment review, I would highly recommend Fountain View Family Dental for their great work and integrity.

I have been going to the dentist for 46 years and i was impressed with the greetings and wonderful upbeat attitude in this office, it has been four years since i have been to the dentist because putting my children first( 2 sets of braces). And Dr. Gaston was very helpful and helped me understand more things about my teeth then i think i wanted to know, more than updated technology and nancy was very helpful to help me understand all the options to apply or find out about the care credit. I would recommend this office to anyone. it was great, and i really don't like going to the dentist.

Dr. Gaston created a front bite guard to replace a cumbersome full mouth bite guard I had but wasn't using due to the bulky fit. I was getting frequent headaches prior to using the front bite guard Dr. Gaston created. I went from headaches every day to none at all. The bite guard is very comfortable to wear every night. I am very pleased with the professional service I received from Dr. Gaston and his staff. His attention to detail is very great.

My Experience at Fountain View was exceptional. I was looking for a new dentist and was recommended by a friend to give Fountain View a shot. The setting was fantastic and made me feel extremely relaxed. Dr, Gaston was very knowledgeable and professional and I could tell he truly cared about my dental health. My hygienist, Bethany, was really friendly. She greeted me with professionalism, gave me a tour of the facility, and told me exactly what to expect. I would highly recommend Dr. Gaston and Fountain View Family Dental.

I was very impressed with my experience at Fountain View Family Dental, the equipment was state of the art. Dr Gaston was great, very personable and thorough explaining my dental concerns, Great office staff and wonderful office settings! I would highly recommend Dr Gaston!
