The front office staff was very attentive and efficient. The 1 star rating is for the 1 hour 15 minute wait my son and I endured without ever getting to meet with Dr Dzyak. Eventually we walked out. When I called later to explain why we left and to express that our time is just as valuable as theirs, I was told that this is an oral surgeon's office and unexpected things happen during surgery and they don't just leave their patients. I absolutely agree with that statement but at the very least, communicate what is happening with your patient, or else plan your appts with enough space between them to cover these types of concerns. When I arrived, there were 3 other people in the waiting room and when I walked out, there were at least 3 people waiting to be seen. Then I was told that Dr. Dzyak could offer my son a preauthorization for his wisdom teeth extraction and we could schedule the surgery, if I would like. No, I would not like.

I had broken my tooth I don't see Dr. Dezac that often as he's an oral surgeon it's probably been 10 years I called him on a Saturday night in a lot of pain he called and pain meds and antibiotics for me he got me in Monday morning at 10 o'clock and this nasty thing was gone he did an incredible job and it was pretty painless in the end and the staff were completely amazing the front Dess lady to the point of being caring kind and sympathetic to the pain each and everyone of his staff is nothing but amazing

The front office was inpatient and unprofessional which is unfortunate. It doesn't matter how good the dentists are, the first experience of a new patient with an office could open and also close doors. I was very interested in working with Dr. Dzyak for dental surgeries and additional services, but they didn't seem to care to provide helpful information and were disrespectful in speaking to patients.

I HIGHLYYYYY recommend Dr. Dzyak!!! I wish he was regular dentist too! He's a one man practice. Working out of 2 offices in Montgomery County. Both offices are very clean! Especially during this pandemic! I have bad anxiety and had to get all 4 wisdom teeth taken out that was about 5 years overdue. He and his assistant came into my consultation with great positive energy! Genuinely happy to see me like they knew me already! I literally had 30 questions after he explained everything to me. Before I could even say "I'm sorry for all the questions, I have bad anxiety", he picked up on it. He sat down next to me and was so incredibly calm, listened to me fully, gave me great eye contact, no interruptions, and answered my questions without making me feel some type of way! And when I finished asking, I apologized and he stopped me and said please don't apologize, I want you to feel very comfortable and at ease with this procedure! After the surgery, he gave me the after hours number and it goes directly to him! No middle man and no extra fee to speak to him like other doctors charge! Probably was more so my anxiety but he still was very calm, positive, and made me feel so much better!! My mouth is healing perfectly, even after fixing extra problems my wisdom teeth caused during the surgery! He truly cares about his patients! I am 10000% satisfied with the surgery as a whole. If I need anything more from an oral surgeon, I will definitely be coming back to him!! I will forever recommend Dr. Dzyak!!

Excellent staff, excellent Surgeon and a very efficient office. Very impressed with the skill set of this practice. Will definitely recommend others to come here.

Dr. Dzyak is the best oral surgeon period. He's compassionate and knowledgeable. His office staff is awesome too! He takes the time to explain and go-over every step of my procedure (dental implant #30). I was extremely nervous and he took the time to reassure me that everything will be fine and guess what...it was! And I'm glad the first step is over!

Dr. Dzyak is outstanding. His staff are great. He recently pulled my son's infected wisdom tooth. They fit us into their busy schedule -- I had called so many other places and all had a long wait and seemed to not care. Dr. Dzyak pulled one of my teeth a couple of decades ago, and though we now live far away, it was worth the long drive. He's still the same as always -- efficient, skilled, and makes sure you're doing okay. And he's a really nice guy.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth out last week and my dentist referred me here . Dr. Dyzak is certainly a skilled oral surgeon, but I am writing this more to talk about the experience we had while navigating what really is a rough thing for any child and anxiety provoking for the parent (anesthesia is always scary). The front desk staff is very friendly on the phone as well as in person. Dr. Dyzak took plenty of time talking to us and explain the procedure and answering all of our questions. The day of the surgery the nurse that was assisting Dr. Dyzak, was so friendly and chatty with my daughter, it helped her relax. After the procedure the way he was talking to her as she woke up was just so kind. Again, he was not rushed at all, and I knew he had other patients waiting. We ending up having a small complication 6 days after surgery and the nurse told us to get in the car and come right in, they could not have been more accommodating. So in summery...if you need an oral surgeon that is extremely skilled and you want to go to an office where the staff is kind and efficient, this is the right Dr. for you. I would give them 10 stars if I could:)

Dr D is the the absolute best. He took out my wisdom teeth 10 years ago and did a root canal and bone graph done recently. The entire staff is courteous and friendly, and are incredibly quick to get you out of the waiting room and into a chair to see Dr Dzyak. He's very professional but takes the time to explain everything so you understand what he's doing/recommending. The waiting room walls are covered in recognitions and awards saying he's one of the best in the metro area. If you've held off on getting work done because the thought of oral surgery makes you cringe like me, get this guy to fix it!

I have never been so mislead in all of my life by someone trying to take my money and rake me over the coals. Please read the contract thoroughly which you won't understand at all, but there's a lot of hidden costs and verbiage that would take an act of congress to adduce and understand. This practice charged me $500.00 dollars for X-rays after my insurance company paid them for the initial X-rays & this was not disclosed initially. I had to pay the $500.00 to avoid my credit being destroyed. This office tried to slow walk me for approximately three months and the other dentist office that was involved with the procedure did not help matters either. So, at the end of the day they both billed me for about 13k and when I called to ask why so much this office informed me that I should take it up with the other office. I informed this office that both dentists would be performing the work, so if they can't collaborate on the billing then why should let them perform oral surgery. At this point I informed them that I would take my services elsewhere. Ironically the next day after the receptionist hung up on me the day before stating that I was being too aggressive due to the fact that I was questioning this over a draft of 13k that I did not understand. The dentist office representative said that would not be performing the procedures which I had already told them I would not utilize them. What kind of service is these people providing go figure. If my spouse had not been of assistance being that she is in the medical field these peoples would have taken us to the bank. My spouse had to do all of the heavy lifting to try and get a good understanding of what would be out of pocket and what their insurance company would pay. All I can say it was very careful. Word to the wise caveat emptor, let the buyer beware)!

I have taken my Daughter to Dr Dzyak twice for Oral Extractions Dr Dzyak and Staff are Professional,Considerate and Very Caring. Today my Husband was seen by Dr Dzyak for emergency extractions his Wife moved the entire Patient Schedule around to fit My Husband In. Dr Dzyak was highly recommended by my Daughters Orthodontist and anyone that needs Oral Surgery could not be in better hands. Thank you Dr Dzyak and Staff for taking such good care of my Family.
