The atmosphere is definitely geared towards children with a TV, colorful chairs, and pictures and paintings. It is clean. The hygenists are friendly and certainly know how to interact with children. The dentist was nice, interactive with my child, and efficient with review and discussion of teeth and procedures for filling his first cavity, especially when explaining that it was the formation of the tooth and bot excellent brushing, as he had no plaque or tarter. Why then a 2- star rating? Like other businesses, this is customer service- oriented. When checking in, the receptionist was very blunt, cut off my questions, and made it extremely difficult and unpleasant. When scheduling the filling, again cutting me off when I tried to ask about cancellations, and trying to get in sooner. I understand they get these questions but body language, attitude and tone showed she just wanted me out of her face

Great dentist but have to wait 8months to get appointment ridicules. Also told me I would have to call back next month before I could make appointment for February.
