A native of Tampa, William J Geyer DDS is a graduate of Hillsborough High School and the University of Florida, receiving his Bachelor of Science in 1977. Dr. Geyer graduated from Emory University School of Dentistry in 1981. He is proud to be the longest practicing dentist in the Lutz-Land O Lakes area, serving the community since 1982.
Dr. Geyer enjoys caring for his patients, helping them understand their dental needs, and providing them the finest service in relaxed atmosphere. His practice is almost exclusively referral based andalthough most patients come from direct referral from other patients, family, friends, and referring doctorsnew patients are always welcome.
A member of many local, state, and national professional organizations, Dr. Geyer was awarded the Fellowship of the Academy of General Dentistry in 2003, in recognition of his commitment to continued education in dentistry.
Dr. Geyer has an extensive resume of exotic animal dentistry. He serves as a dental consultant to the veterinarian staff at Busch Gardens and the Lowry Park Zoo in Tampa. Dr. Geyer spends his leisure time at home with his wife, Adele, and their dogs, Gracie and Colbert; or traveling, snow skiing, and fishing with their children.
Dr. Hernandez joins our practice with more than twenty years of practicing dentistry in the Lutz and San Antonio areas. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in 1988 and, after earning her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1992, she joined Dr. Geyer in practice. In 1995 Dr. Hernandez opened her own practice in Lutz and maintained the practice until 2008.
Dr. Hernandez shares our practice philosophy of comprehensive dental care while working with each individual patient to meet their unique oral health goals. Dr. Hernandez brings enthusiasm, poise, and a genuine kind and gentle nature with her to our practice.
Her interests centers around her three children and enjoying their time together, particularly skiing. We are confident you will find Dr. Leslie Hernandez personality and professional style to complement our friendly and warm dental team.

I have had nothing but exceptional care from Dr. Geyer and his team for 15+ years. He has a delightful personality and very gentle bedside manner. He is able to put my mind at ease when I'm going in for fillings and other procedures, and his hygienist and front office folks are second to none!

Had two caps done. Complained about my bite not being right and nothing was done to correct. Just in normal chewing they both cracked and have lost both teeth. Very upsetting. When mentioned both teeth I list were his caps the office cancelled snd stopped scheduling appointments with me. He is such a nice person. Sorry for this experience.

Dr. Geyer is awesome. I recently moved out of state and I am a little freaked out about not being able to go to him anymore. I am seriously thinking of driving the 10 hours each way so that I can. I miss him and the entire staff. They are all wonderful!

Everyone loves Dr. Geyer. He treats you like family and has treated mine well for a long time. Hopefully he doesn't retire any time soon.
