At this time, a treatment plan will likely be recommended if it is felt that treatment is warranted. Dr. Ziegler will answer any and all questions that you may have about any identified problems and the proposed tentative treatment plan, such as the type of dental braces that are most suitable. We will also address treatment timing, types of orthodontic devices to be used, treatment alternatives, and fees.
We feel that our patients must be fully educated about their situation and our proposed treatment. It is only then that they can be capable of making an informed decision about how they wish to proceed.
Dr. William D. Ziegler III graduated from Penn State University, and earned his orthodontic degree at the University Of Pennsylvania. He has served as the president of the Orthodontic Association of Pennsylvania, and has been serving his patients and the community for well over a decade.

Terrible !! My daughter was seeing there months prior, they did all the check ups for her braces and they send it to insurance for approval. I call now to set the appointment but they can't take "new"patients......how is she new when she was seeing there?!? So they put me on a "waiting" list that they don't know how long it's gonna be?!? What?!?......so I request her to put me on the cancellation list, she said we don't have one of those ...... are you serious??? if it would be because my insurance only approved me for this place I would go to another ortho!!! Unbelievable!

Doctor Ziegler and his staff gave me a beautiful smile. I went to Ziegler's Orthodontics for 6 years. Wear your rubber bands like you're supposed to, wear your retainer, and don't eat anything you're not supposed to. If you follow what Dr. Ziegler and his staff tell you to do, your treatment will go great. Doctor Ziegler and his staff are professional, outgoing, kind, and overall AMAZING!

Please do not go here if you do not have to. One of the most unorganized orthodontic practices I may have ever known. Everything takes too long, you go in there and they are unprepared. It is dirty. The employees do not attend to their patients when they need it. All around a horrible experience. They told me I needed surgery and when I got two other opinions on it they said "that is the last thing you need." They also failed to mention the 3rd option of retainers I could get because they were the cheapest. Thankfully there was a very kind lady who informed me on this once I got there.

My Son has gone here for almost 5 yrs. Now , we've been very blessed n grateful to have had 2 awesome assistants Mandy & Christine who have always have gone above n beyond & always taken their time working on my son ,their Extremely Knowledgeable,& Understanding, if u have a question they have always been more than happy to answer it n with confidence!! My son & I have developed an awesome & close bond with both of them & we're truly going to miss seeing them n talking with them !! Wtg To All U Assistants ,Keep Up The Great Work & Awesome Job Mandy n Christine n Thank U Very Much ,We Honestly Can't Thank U Two Enuf !! other assistants have been very friendly n helpful to my son as well ,we've just had a long relationship with Christina & Mandy as they've both been working there since we've been going here since way back in 2016 !

This is the WORST orthodontist ever. Do not ever go here. I had my braces on for 8 years and had to go to another orthodontist just to get my braces off. My teeth are now ruined and very loose.

You will have your braces forever if you don't wear your rubber bands the way you are supposed but that is not the staff's fault. Also, there is only one doctor so don't be surprised if you have to wait an hour to be seen it will be worth it in a couple of years. P.s wear your retainers kid.

I would not recommend coming here. I came here to get a tooth pulled and was talked into braces and told it would only be two years. Minimal progress has been done almost 2 years later and when asking to just remove the tooth and not continue with braces he literally refused and was very arrogant to me. Most likely because he knows how long this will take and wants to keep charging for continuous visits. My teeth are also really crooked now and worse then when I started seeing him. I would probably recommend going to any other orthodontist and not allowing people to scam or con you into something.
