Crystal attended Alhambra High School, after graduating in 1993 she began the Dental Assisting program at Apollo College and graduated with honors in 1994. Crystal has been a chairside/Orthodontic assistant for 25 years. Crystal has worked aside Dr Choules for the past 15 years. Her gentle touch and friendly chairside manner helps patients feel more relaxed and comfortable during their visit.
Nicole joined the team in November 2001. She started as dental assistant and transitioned to office manager a few years later. Nicole truly cares about our patients oral health and well-being, along with the relationships that we build with our patients.
Originally from Idaho, Nicole attended the University of Arizona. She loved Arizona so much that she ended up staying after she graduated with her bachelors degree. When not in the office, Nicole and her husband enjoy hiking, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

This has been my dentist for over 20 years and I highly recommend! All of the staff are wonderful, I look forward to getting my teeth cleaned every 6 months! Everything about this practice is great!

Dr. Choules' office is amazing; it's like visiting friends every time we go for a checkup. The staff members are all very knowledgeable and kind, and Dr. Choules is great. Some people dislike going to the dentist, but we look forward to going because they take such good care of us!

I have been a patient for about 15 years and have always had excellent service from Dr. Choules and Melissa McIver who is my hygenist. I have several bridges and they are on top of any changes in my mouth. The front office staff is excellent also and I highly recommend Dr Choules for all dental needs.

The dental side of the practice is fine, but the orthodontic care is terrible. My daughter had braces put on and right away multiple brackets popped off. We went back to have them replaced and a few days later the same thing happened again. Clearly they weren't put on properly to begin with, but they denied there was a problem. We switched to a different orthodontist, who informed me that they were in fact put on wrong. The new Ortho removed the braces and put a new set on. It was a hassle, but I'm so glad we switched to a competent orthodontist where we never again had to deal with a single bracket coming of.

It's been awhile where I felt satisfied visiting the dentist. Konnie was very friendly and had great advice and was not pushy at all. Dr. Choules was very friendly and I enjoyed the new office. Thanks!
