I had my first appointment yesterday. The staff was very very nice and personable, not to mention; the office is very beautiful. I am excited to be a patient.

Dr. Miller, Mrs. Miller, and the rest of the staff have been nothing but the best I could expect from a team of professionals. I can't imagine having another orthodontist team if I can help it. Dr. Miller has the highest standards and can always be trusted to give it straight, fixing minor, but obvious, issues with my alignment that my previous orthodontist wouldn't address. He and his staff went above and beyond by helping me with an emergency during the holidays, even though the team was technically on vacation. Some other places can be condescending, especially towards adult patients, but Dr Miller and his team have never made me feel anything but welcome and in good hands.

Dr Miller did my top and bottom braces when I was nine years old, in 1999. When it was time for them to come off, he put in a permanent bottom retainer. It has lasted for 21 years so far and only needed to be repaired once. His work is top notch

Wow! Wow! WOW!! My daughter was on a mission trip in La Grange and her braces broke. We are from PA. After calling another ortho in town and was told they could not help (and "99% of other orthos wont either"), Dr. Miller's office immediately offered to help. Without charging us they offered to jump in and help my daughter with less than 1 hours notice. If I lived in La Grange, Dr. Miller is the ONLY Ortho I would recommend. I guess they are the 1% that go above and beyond and I can't thank them enough!!!!!!!

22 years ago Dr. Miller was my orthodontist while I had braces for 2 years. A couple weeks ago my dental hygienist was flossing my teeth and pulled off a support bar placed behind my two upper front teeth. That bar had been in place for 20 years since the day my braces were taken off by Dr. Miller. It was there to ensure my teeth didn't separate and revert back to their original position with a huge gap between them which Dr. Miller had closed beautifully with my braces. My dentist repeatedly tried to fix the bar, but it came off twice in the weeks following. I decided enough was enough with his unsuccessful attempts, so I went back to Dr. Miller's office to have it fixed correctly. The first thing that happened when I entered the office was that I was greeted by Cindy Miller who immediately recognized me after not seeing me in 20 years. We had the most pleasant conversation, and I immediately felt welcomed back into the clinic. She gave me a tour of their "new to me" facilities, and I got to see all the upgrades in technology they've made as the industry has progressed...Wow! Afterward she went into their archived paper files to find my original charts so that Dr. Miller good review everything before taking a look at my mouth. I was amazed they could pull the file so easily. That showed such consideration and how much value they place in ensuring the best care can be given to their patients even decades after their original services were rendered. Dr. Miller took a great deal of his time to meticulously place a new bar behind my teeth. He even upgraded the metal to a new, stronger piece...yay! He could have charged me to like all the other orthodontists who are located closer to where I live these days were going to for this procedure, but Dr. Miller didn't. I fully intended to pay full price since there was no guarantee for how long that bar was supposed to last, but alas, Dr. Miller was benevolent and kind as ever. What a blessing! I cannot speak highly enough for how well I was treated each step of the way and how every staff member went above and beyond to provide the best care possible before and during my visit. The lady who made my reservation was kind and patient and fit me into their full calendar. The lady who greeted me at the window initially was kind, and at the end of my visit, she closed me out with kindness and patience. This level of service unfortunately is rare to find these days, and I will always rave about how fantastic my orthodontist and his staff are! A mouth full of healthy teeth is a worthwhile investment. If you need an orthodontist, I highly recommend Dr. William B. Miller. He is kind, competent, and thorough. Thanks to his efforts and my willingness to follow his directions for after care while having braces and a subsequent retainer, I have a beautiful smile. I am beyond grateful!
