Dr. Strayhorn is a native of Anson County and attended Anson Senior High School and the North Carolina School of Science and Math. He received a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Dr. Strayhorn received his dental degree with honors from The University of North Carolina School of Dentistry, and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. Dr. Strayhorn was also awarded the American College of Dentists Leadership Award, the Academy of General Dentistrys Most Outstanding Dental Student, and the Academy of Operative Dentistry Student Award.
Following dental school, Dr. Strayhorn completed a one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency with the United States Navy at Great Lakes Naval Station in Illinois. At the completion of his residency, the programs directors selected him as Top Resident. Dr. Strayhorn then continued his naval service aboard the aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman where he was awarded a Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal for his services during the 2007-2008 Persian Gulf Deployment in support of the Global War on Terrorism. Dr. Strayhorn completed his Naval service at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth where he served as a mentor for the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program.
Dr. Strayhorn enjoys spending time with his wife Suzanne, his two girls, Harker and Reese, and their two bulldogs, Milkshake and Mayonnaise. He also enjoys UNC athletics, golf, and spending time in North Carolinas Outer Banks.

Donna began working with the practice in September of 1997. She 's the 'mama' of our team. Donna lives in Ellerbe with her husband, Tommy. She also works as an adjunct instructor at Montgomery Community College in the Dental Assisting program. Donna enjoys the piano and is the pianist at First Presbyterian Church in Ellerbe.
Victoria White began working with us in July of 2016. Victoria is from Mount Gilead and graduated from Montgomery Community College as a DAII. In her free time she loves being outside and enjoys fishing, kayaking, and hiking.
