This was such a pleasant experience, from checking in with the front desk, to the end of the procedure. Pain control, which was my biggest concern, was beyond what my expectations were. Overall, this was one of the easiest and most painless experiences I've had in the dental office.

Front desk staff was very professional it was the dentist who was extremely rude and shocked at how he talked to me. Wouldn't recommend him.

I'm very happy with today's visit , the staff was very professional and welcoming , very nice and clean office and the doctor was very informative and attentive ... I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back

Dr. William was very kind and informative. He took time to explain my x-rays, answer my questions and make sure I understood & agreed to my treatment plan. I feel relieved & confident to know I'm under his care.

Great Service! The Doctor was polite and very nice. Amazingly I had a root canal with no pain. They explained everything step by step and made me feel very comfortable. Although I hope I never have to go back LOL, I will definitely recommend the office.

My root canal was the most positive, pain-free experience I have ever had with a dental professional. Everyone was kind and efficient. It was over so fast, but with x-rays at several points to ensure excellence.

I am very nervous when it comes to any dental visit but I really needed a root canal. I was at ease from the moment I walked into the office. The staff was very courteous and caring. My treatment last about an hour but during the process the Dr kept me apprised of what was going on and made me feel very comfortable.

I was so scared of having my root canal done. I'm always very nervous going to the dentist, however, I was pleasantly surprise with Dr. William Aippersbach , he was amazing! He did my root canal in about 20 minutes, I didn't feel any pain and I have no pain afterwards. He gave me some pain medicine just in case, but i didn't have to take anything.

Terrified of having a root canal due to previous experience years ago. Dr Aippersbach and assistant Sherry were outstanding. They both demonstrated empathy, was willing to make me most comfortable, and was thorough. Should I ever need their services again, wouldn't hesitate coming back. Thanks to them both for making this experience a positive one.

My daughter went in for her root canal and Dr. Aippersbach was very nice. She is hard of hearing and he and his staff patiently communicated with her so she understood basically what was going on.

Hands down the best dental experience I have ever had. They are just amazing people. Explained everything before they did it. Nothing was painful at all. I had a root canal done & I feel great.

The receptionist who booked my appt definitely not a very nice person. I explained I need to come in urgently and she had one slot available so we booked it. She took all my information except for my insurance. I told her I was at work and will run to my car to get my insurance card and call her back in a few minutes. It was 11:56 to be exact. she goes " I will only keep it till NOON" otherwise I will have unblock this appt. CAN YOU imagine ? 4 minutes ? That's just somewhat arrogant and mean if you ask me. Zero courtesy or kindness. I understand they can't keep appts forever but 4 minutes when She knew I was in excruciating pain (needed root canal) and had to step aside at work to get this appt ? Dr. William aippersbach WAS incredible. Very nice and gentle demeanor to him. He communicated with me throughout that entire process and had such a positive soothing personality.
