A welcoming, smooth-running office is no accident. Meet April Chladny, Dr. Wes better half, and the first person you will likely meet when call or visit the office. Shes a remarkable mom, friend, and detail wrangler. April and Dr. Wes met in college, and the stars instantly aligned (ouch ortho puns are sooo hard to resist!)
Leaving behind the hustle of a large practice to design a family-first life has been the best decision theyve ever made, says April. We fell in love with Middle Tennessee a long time ago the people, the values, the gorgeous landscapes. We always imagined our kids growing up here. Now it feels like were finally home.
'He is really out to do what is best for patients. You can count on him to listen and give honest recommendations, even if that means you don 't need braces.He is a perfectionist, so details really matter, which is also what makes him a great orthodontist. His demeanor is cool and calm, but underneath, the wheels are always turning. Watching him work is like watching an artist.
Meet the real rock stars of the Chladny crew. Reagan loves music and trying to beather Dad at golf. Willis a natural athlete. He likes tospend time on the baseball field, with friends, and walks to the beat of his own, amazing drum. Faith, the youngest,is a human firefly. She enjoys cheerleading, and spreads joy like confetti wherever she goes. Oh, and the office mascot, miniature Australian shepherd, Chief.
The Chladnys happily reside in Thompsons Station. And, while Dr. Wes shapes teeth by day, he spends his off-hours shaping his family life. When the white coat comes off, the baseball hat, t-shirt, and jeans go on. You can usually find him at his kids sporting events or in the yard, helping them practice. Otherwise, he enjoys moving heavy stuff on a little patch of figurin it out land he has in the country.
Dr. Wes Orthodontics exists becauseI wanted to give more quality time to your family and to mine. I think too many practices today spend too much time on things that dont improve individual patient care. Its easy to get distracted from what matters most when you grow big and get busy. Believe me, I know.
For the past ten years, I owneda large, busy orthodontic practice. That experience taught me this: Theres a better way to do orthodontics. I was inspired (strike that), I was compelled to re-engineer the process.

Dr. Wes was very informative in our initial consult and helped me to understand next steps with now concerns or questions. April was very helpful with plan explanations. Great office feeling.

Dr. Wes and April are absolutely the best! My daughter just got her top row braces off yesterday and we are all super happy with the results!! You truly get one on one attention from Dr. Wes on every visit just like it says on their website. In todays busy world there are not many places left that give this type of professional care and attention as Dr. Wes Orthodontics!! I would highly recommend Dr. Wes to anyone needing Orthodontic care!!

As one of Dr. Wes' older patients, I would have to say I have been very satisfied with his approach to straightening my teeth. Dr. Wes and April have been extremely nice, pleasant and professional to both my wife and me. The office is very open and attractive and makes going to the orthodontist a good experience. It is exciting looking on the computer at the changes my teeth will make over the next few months. If you are not satisfied with your present orthodontist or are just now looking for one, I would highly recommend Dr. Wes Orthodontics.

After a very discouraging and hectic experience with a different orthodontist, we sought a second opinion from Dr. Wes and immediately knew this was the right place for us. Dr. Wes is excellent at clearly explaining treatment plans and the reasons behind them and does not try to sell you anything unnecessary. His practice philosophy is refreshing and personal when so many other offices can make you feel like you are nothing but a source of revenue. Dr. Wes has a beautiful new office and utilizes the latest technology. Each time we have had an appointment we were seen right away without waiting, which may be a fortunate coincidence or a testament to a well run practice thanks to the always friendly April. My daughter no longer dreads her ortho appointments the way she did in the past and she has said that she wishes Dr. Wes could also be her dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Wes for anyone seeking new orthodontic treatment for their family and, especially, for anyone who is not entirely satisfied with their current orthodontist.

So happy with Dr. Wes and his professionalism. He really takes the time with each patient and explains things thoroughly. I appreciate that he doesn't over schedule his office. I chose him specifically because I did not want an ortho that over schedules and has assistants do all the work. Our appointments are not wasteful on time spent waiting. I am so grateful that he does everything from start to finish himself. My daughter has only had her braces for 4 months and her teeth/bite look gorgeous.

We looked at three orthodontists at the same time we considered Dr. Wes. We made the decision to move forward with this practice for our orthodontic needs, based on professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, facility, and overall vibe at this practice. We visited three other orthodontists before choosing Dr. Wes. All of them were fine, but no other practice can offer the personalized attention that we receive from Dr. Wes and April. Our appointments are scheduled so that we are the only patients in the office...we never have to sit in a crowded waiting room. The office is beautiful, peaceful, and equipped with the most recent technology available for orthodontic care. Dr. Wes and April are patient and accomodating, and they take the time to explain everything thoroughly. It has truly been a one-of-a-kind experience that cannot be found elsewhere. We would definitely recommend Dr. Wes Orthodontics to our family and friends!

We absolutely LOVE Dr Wes. After being followed by a large practice for a couple of years, we decided to try a smaller practice e and fell in love with their personal approach and advanced technology. No staff to go between Dr and Patient. Dr Wes is ALWAYS who handles my sons mouth. April is fabulous at the desk and with questions. We love their ability to accommodate our schedule too.

I would highly recommend Dr. Wes Orthodontics. Dr. Wes is professional, but down-to-earth. I love the personal attention he shows his patients. He fine-tuned my bite following less than satisfactory results from work completed in another state. April, his assistant, is very friendly and accommodating. The office is clean and beautiful. It has been an extremely positive experience.

Incredibly friendly and helpful. They accommodated a last minute appointment for me when I was concerned about my teeth shifting due to my retainer not fitting properly after dental work I had done. Thought I was going to have to pay for a whole new retainer, but Dr. Wes was able to modify my current one, saving me a considerable amount of money. Will definitely see them again for any orthodontic needs! The office is clean and beautiful.
