I have heard great things about Dr. Ma's work. However, I didn't even get that far with this office. Just the office and receptionist has me running for the hills! The dentist that sent my referral to Dr. Ma's office is not digital, so their only option was to send my original pano xray. The out of pocket cost was too much for Dr. Ma's office, so I made an appointment with a different surgeon in the area. When I called Dr. Ma's office to cancel my appointment, the secretary advised me she would shred my paperwork. (Which sounded weird to me, why wouldn't she send it all back to my dentist? Especially since my original xray was in with this paperwork!) This new surgeon was requesting my pano xray or I would have to pay over $200 out of pocket to have a new one done. Why would I have a new one done when I just had one done by my dentist? So I went to my dentist to request for them to send it over. This is when I was advised Dr. Ma's office had not sent it back to them. At this point, I call Dr. Ma's office to request my pano to be sent back to my dentist. I was advised they would have to look in their files to locate my xray and they would call me back. A week goes by, no call back. I call again, was advised that unfortunately they could not locate my xray. I then request their office reimburse me for my xray- they destroyed part of my medical/dental record. I was then advised that they would fill out the paperwork, get the okay from their manager, and then call me back. Another week goes by, still no call back. I call back this morning- my last attempt before physically going in to the office. At this point I am advised they would have never told me they would shred my paperwork. Okay- so where did my xray go? They don't know. I also would never MAKE IT UP that I was told they would shred my paperwork. I was also told that I am unable to receive reimbursement for the xray that they destroyed. I will never recommend this office to anyone.

Dr Ma did great work with my daughter's oral surgery. He made quick work of the operation. She had virtually no pain and a very fast recovery thanks to his experience and precision. The whole team at St. Clares was wonderful. Though he can be a little difficult to understand when speaking, he clearly knows his stuff, and he truly cares about his patients.
